About this house rental
New 2020 vacation rental in Les Herbiers near Puy du Fou. Set in a unique setting, in the heart of the Maison RoyeR snail farm, our vacation rental—featuring a heated indoor pool, spa, and sauna—can accommodate up to 15 people.
Carefully decorated, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful time with family or friends.
Description of our vacation rental:
The living area consists of:
- fully equipped kitchen with small appliances
- dining room
- living room
The relaxation area consists of:
- heated indoor pool
- sauna
- spa
- Foosball
- fitness area
The sleeping area consists of:
- 5 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160 x 200)
- 1 dormitory with 1 double bed and 4 single beds (140x200 and 90x200)
- 5 bathrooms
- Baby gear available upon request (travel crib and high chair)
- Linens provided: Sheets, bath towels (1 large and 1 small per person), dish towels
Beds are made upon your arrival.
Housekeeping is included in the rental rate. (COVID-19 disinfection protocol carried out before and after each stay).
Available for your leisure: Wi-Fi, board games, foosball, darts, pétanque, and outdoor shuffleboard.
All set on a 1,600 m² lot with an indoor patio and fire pit, outdoor furniture, and a pétanque court.
Free private parking.
Tourist tax: €1.40 per day per person over 18 years of age
Pets not allowed

Beautiful modern house, part of the snail cosmetic site, close by Les Herbiers, although well separated. We were 6 adults& 5 children but plenty of space for all. Loads of outdoor space for football etc. Boules & table football kept them busy outside of pool times.

Superbe logement, très bien équipé et aménagé, décoré avec goût.
On a adoré notre séjour et espérons pouvoir y retourner l’an prochain.

Nous y avons passé une super semaine de vacances. Le soleil était au RDV cette semaine la , nous avons bien profité du jardin , de la piscine , du jacuzzi. La ville est dynamique et on y a trouvé tout le confort des magasins , boulangeries.
Les propriétaires sont supers, ils nous ont bien aider avec nos petits problèmes de livraison de colis dans la mauvaise boîte au lettre, c’était super gentils.
La visite de la ferme aux escargots à été apprécié par les enfants et les adultes également ! Bref nous nous sommes régalés ! À refaire , adresse a garder !
