The cozy 45 m² apartment accommodates up to 3 people and invites you to discover the numerous attractions of the Upper Harz and escape the daily grind.
The spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable seating area, and separate dining space ensures a pleasant stay, even in bad weather. The apartment also features a TV.
Just a 2-minute walk away, you'll find the Kristall Therme "Heißer Brocken," which offers pure relaxation with various saunas and a wellness area. The idyllic town center of Altenau invites you to spend a relaxing afternoon, rounded off with a visit to the cozy "Mook's Café" or a hearty meal at the Landhaus "Alte Aue." Another highlight is the Okerstausee, which brings a touch of maritime flair to the mountains with the "MS AquaMarin."
Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the numerous hiking and biking trails in the area, including the Harzer-Hexen-Stieg and the Liebesbankweg. In winter, the nearby ski slopes and cross-country trails offer plenty of opportunities for sports activities.

hervorragend geeignet für 2 Personen, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr entgegenkommende Vermieterin; guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (auch ohne eigenes Auto); Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten gut zu Fuß erreichbar; vom Äußeren des Ferienparks sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen
