The bakery under the apartment is ideal, I advice to preorder the specialties the day before (croissants, etc..) but kaiserbrötchen there are enough. The administrator (who gives you the key to the apartment) is a very nice man. Watercooker, filter coffee machine, tv, DVD player, fridge, toaster, etc.. are all present. Only we couldn't get the DVD player started, but that could be my ignorance about the device. Large bathroom to put your wintersport items in.
