The 50 sqm, sunny apartment has been completely renovated and renovated, is very comfortable, cozy and modern.
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds (box spring beds) and each has a TV, cozy living room with open kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area, the bathroom with window, large shower, towel radiator and toilet.
The apartment offers a few extras, such as a heated hall wardrobe, shoe dryer and ski storage wall.
Furnishing
The terrace is approx. 30 square meters and faces south with a view of the spa gardens, mountains and bell tower (symbol of Sankt Andreasberg).
Comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers as well as an electric grill are available. A parking space is located directly at the house. A baby travel cot and high chair are also available.

The apartment is located in the spa gardens of Sankt Andreasberg in a quiet area. The hiking trails and cross-country trails are in the immediate vicinity. Here you can enjoy your vacation in peace. From here you can walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski trails in 5 minutes. In the city center you need 10 - 12 minutes.

Wohnung inkl. Ausstattung waren wirklich super. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Eine rundum wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, die ihresgleichen sucht. Hier gibt es keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr komfortablen Betten, die besonders zur Erholung beitragen.

Fenster von außen und im Rahmen schmutzig.
Auf ca. 2/3 der Terasse stand das Unkraut zwischen den Terassenplatten bis 20 cm hoch.
Die Terasse war insgesamt verschmutzt.
Der Staubfangbehälter des Staubsaugers war überfüllt.
8 Fernsehprogramme waren nicht zu empfangen.
Ein Bügeleisen war nicht vorhanden.
