This beautiful 3 bedroom small dog-friendly home is conveniently located in one of the newest neighborhoods, Hawkins. Hawkins is close to the Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Aviary Recreation Center is a short ride away. Here you'll find a resort-style family friendly swimming pool, billiards tables, table shuffleboard, and much more.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends including a large pantry. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, his & her walk-in closets, and a private master bath with a large vanity with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The 1st guest bedroom has a king size bed & TV for your guests to relax & enjoy. The 2nd guest room is set up as a den/office complete with a great desk space for the worker in the house and a queen-sized pull-out sofa for the last minute visits from the grandkids or friends. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Don’t forgot about your outdoor space! This home offers a charming lanai which backs to a wall giving you some privacy and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.
This home comes complete and includes GAS GOLF CART, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

This was our first time at The Villages so we were unaware of what we were looking for in our accommodation. This home was the prefect location and the home was great! The home was in great condition and well kept up. The neighborhood was great, everyone was extremely friendly. We felt part of the area. The only area of concern was the linens for the beds could be updated and more dishes would have been nice!

.We rented thru Down Hone Properties. Wonderful company to do business with. They quickly responded to all questions and needs before and after our stay..The house was beautiful and clean! Only negative was I wish there were a few small throws to wrap up in outside on chilly mornings. We flew in and didn't pack items that big..Location. Not the best for us to use a golf cart. We are golfers and for me (back issues) it was too long a ride to any executive golf course. When in the Villages really look at the courses you want to play and rent in that area. .Walking I loved! There was a beautiful trail just steps from our house. Also, the pool was a short golf cart ride. 5 minutes. .People. I met many people while walking. All friendly, talkative and just so nice..Activities. If you are bored it's your own fault. We had a fantastic vacation. It went by way to fast.

The home itself was as described. Very good location, nice neighborhood. We specifically rented this home because it already came with a golf cart so we didn’t have to rent one bring Thanksgiving Holiday. The front tire of the cart was not only bald but totally unsafe to drive. We immediately called and was told there was nothing they could do! We know this to be untrue as there is an emergency cart service in the Villages. Due to the Holiday we could not rent one. No one would even call us back. Our trip was to join friends and explore on the carts. oneone.
