Geweldige lokatie, fantastisch uitzicht. Appartement behoeft nodig opfrisbeurt, jammer!

De lokatie is super, parkeren onder het appartement, het is een groot appartement, goed uitgeruste keuken plus wasmachine en droger, het uitzicht is echt fantastisch.

Bij aankomst was parkeerplek bezet. Communicatie met host lastig, onpersoonlijk via chat. Het appartement was dit keer niet schoon, erg stoffig, met name het vloerkleed en de bedspreien zijn gewoon te smerig om aan te pakken. Veel vlekken op meubels. Balkondeur en raam sluiten niet goed. Geen verduisterende gordijnen in slaapkamers oostzijde is echt een gemis.

Sehr schönes Apartment, in toller Lage von Zoute am Meer, leider nicht ausreichend gepflegt

Das Apartment hat eine wunderbare Lage, direkt am Strand mit Meerblick. Es ist geräumig , gut geschnitten, und bietet gut Platz für drei Paare. Plus eventuell zwei Kleinkinder . Es ist modern eingerichtet, WLAN und Heizung funktioniert hervorragend,

Das Apartment war zu unserem Einzug nicht ausreichend gesäubert. Vorhandene Flecken auf Sofa Sesseln und Teppich sowie Küchenmöbel waren mit Sicherheit schon älter. Es war sehr unappetitlich. Es gab keinen funktionierenden Staubsauger, was bei einem Aufenthalt von elf Tagen am Strand nicht unbedingt einfach ist, so dass wir alles mit dem Besen kehren mussten. Teppiche konnten natürlich nicht gereinigt werden. Die Toilettenbrillen waren zwei Nummern zu klein für die Toilettengröße. Die Tiefgarage Stellplätze sind angeblich für zwei Autos. Das Haus ist aus den sechziger Jahren, und zu der Zeit waren die Tiefgaragenstellplätze vielleicht für zwei Autos geeignet. Heutige Autos passen nicht nebeneinander in die Lücke - sollte man wissen, da man das zweite Auto für viel Geld im Parkhaus parken muss. Die Teflonpfannen zum Beispiel waren so alt, dass der Belag beim Kochen abgegangen ist. Schlecht war auch, dass es nur einen Einzelschlüssel für sechs Erwachsene Personen gab, vollkommen unüblich. Auf die Bitte, einen neuen Staubsauger ins Apartment zu bringen, wurde leider nicht eingegangen . Offensichtlich wird die Wohnung nicht regelmäßig von seinen Besitzern angeschaut - der Kontakt zu Huswell war unzureichend. Wir haben uns mit einigen Problemen alleine gefühlt . ( zum Beispiel fehlender zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel.)

Appartement grand, lumineux, très bien équipé et hyper fonctionnel. Le parking compris est un vrai plus pour Knokke.

Katastrophe!

Vorsicht ! Auf keinen Fall buchen. Es ist Schimmel an der Decke im Schlafzimmer und als wir im Winter die Wohnung nutzen wollten ging die Heizung nicht. Es wurde uns auch nach mehrmaligem anrufen bei der Hausverwaltung oder dem Eigentümer nicht geholfen. Wir konnten die Wohnung nicht nutzen und streiten uns mit dem Vermieter um eine Entschädigung. Auch hier stellt man sich wie bei der Bitte um Hilfe während des Aufenthaltes stumm und reagiert nicht. Ich kann nur jedem raten diese Unterkunft nicht zu buchen.

Dit is werkelijk Genieten met een grote G!

De ligging en indeling van het appartement waren fantastisch. Met de app van Huswell was het mogelijk tevoren veel zaken te regelen. Ideaal. Er was voldoende huisraad en met de leuke setjes douchebenodigdheden voelden wij ons echt welkom. Alle apparatuur was er en functioneerde goed. Heerlijk die parking erbij.

Een heel klein minpuntje. Het zou fijn zijn om gevoerde goed verduisterende gordijnen in alle slaapkamers te hebben.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement, déco, situation, parking, espace et équipement

Magnifique appartement, super équipé et très bien situé face à la plage. Déco moderne et lumineuse. Le double parking est vraiment un plus, très précieux à Knokke. Un lieu parfait pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis (3 chambres adultes et 1 chambre enfants, et 3sdb, ce qui est rare).

Peu de chose à regretter. J'aurais préféré un nettoyage plus soigneux, surtout qu'il est facturé 230€ dans notre réservation, ce qui est beaucoup. Et la terrasse n'avait pas été nettoyée, mais en hiver cela se comprend et n'a pas d'importance.
