The attention to detail! Midern, clean and luxurious. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud, the sofa is huge, comfortable and great for sitting together at the end of our busy day. The hot tub is fabulous to wind down and look at the harbour. The location was fantastic - quality Bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep!
Would have loved the opportunity for an early check in as we arrived in Torquay very early in the morning. The parking was a little way away and quite an expensive daily rate.

Location was superb right on the harbour
The noise (their staff outside smoking) and cooking smells from the next door restaurant was not very pleasant
Having to fill the hot tub AFTER we arrived meant we couldnt use it for the first evening, very disappointing

Clean, functional
Very noisy at the weekend in the summer. Basically impossible to sleep in the bedroom. However very good double glazing so if there was aircon it would have been fine. Also bed way too soft. Rest of the flat nice though. We just couldn’t sleep.
