Kitchen,bedroom was really good and also the hamper.
Sitting room had dog hairs and a really bad smell like damp.
Bathroom the shower cubicle was really small and we couldn’t wash properly.toilet seat was broken.
A bit scary in the nighttime walking through Hunsdon Road as no lighting.

Clean, spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. Hosts were warm and welcoming. Lovely kitchen.-Cleaning supplies included. Great having own bathroom/toilet for each bedroom. Peaceful area with a park nearby to walk the dogs. Would highly recommend!
Just a minor thing unfortunately the shower for the 2 single beds room had a few strands of hair wrapped around the shower head and a few on the wall which put me off using it again. However I was able to use the ensuite shower for the double bedroom instead for other nights which was clean and the pressure was better.

No Breakfast included, very hilly to location, but that goes for the whole of Torquay.
The location was very hilly, one of our group has breathing issues and found it very difficult.

Very clean and lots of kitchen equipment. Beds very comfy and showers were good. Good info about surrounding area and things to do.
The sofa wasn't very comfortable and having a bad hip it was hard to sit in so had to sit in kitchen chair all time.
