Kaiya Villas

The highlight of the property is the pool and the view from it.

We spent 5 days there with no room cleaning. They changed our towels once. They never bothered dealing with the trash. In fact when we asked for it they had my 70 year old Dad pick up the toilet trash bag for them as they wouldn’t enter the property to do this. The bathroom next to the pool was never cleaned. In general, for the price we paid we were expecting some basic hygiene. There were ants everywhere, which we had to use a spray they provided to keep them from walking on us while we were in the patio.

Amazing views and great property. Contact either the host was great as well with loads of recommendations.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. We only spent 3 nights and think we would have made more use of the facilities over a longer stay.

Absolutely gorgeous views - watching the sunset while in the cliff side pool was spectacular! Such a wonderful and memorable trip for our family at this beautiful property.

Maybe more shade over bar area and umbrellas by the pool, but honestly that’s just being picky.

location was amazing,panoramic view is ignoring the diffculties in driving there. but all hospitality of the host,cleanliness of the villas were perfect.

for me all was good but my wife has recommended a stair between the floors of the villas.:))
