loved it! would go again.

The views and sunsets here were absolutely breathtaking! Pictures were a great depiction of the property. Host was very pleasant and helpful as well. The town of Parikia is charming with great shops, restaurants, and transportation to local beaches.

the drive up + down is a bit scary with the tight roads. night time was not ideal! It does sit on a hill so its quite steep to reverse out of parking. but you get the hang of it.

Idyllic modern paradise

Everything! The rooms are lovely and comfortable, and the outside space is so beautiful! It was an idyllic place to stay. Nicole met us and did everything to make sure we were settled. We watched the stars in the clear night sky every evening, and my daughter picked ripe, sweet grapes right from the back yard.

It’s up a hill, so driving was a little tricky. The only thing I didn’t like is that we weren’t able to stay longer!! I’d love to go there again!

A spacious apartment with great views

It's a walk into the town. provided you're reasonably fit. The apartment is very spacious and clean, and the views from the terrace are spectacular. We didn't get a chance to see it, but I imagine the sunset views are awesome. Nicole met us on arrival, gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. She provided us with extra blankets for the second night upon request. She kindly left a bottle of water and wine in the fridge. The kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook. All three bedrooms are large. There are gorgeous windows and doors throughout the apartment. The area itself is very quiet and peaceful. There is a lovely olive and fig tree in the garden.

The availability for early check-in was not well communicated. One night was cold but there were no extra blankets to be found inside the apartment. Another was hot, but one bedroom fan wasn't working. The pillows are lumpy and large. There is a lawn of lush green grass which is perhaps a little out-of-touch with the Cycladic island ecology, and the deco was more Scandinavian than Greek. The entrance is poorly signed so it took us a while going up and down the road to find the apartment, and the driveway entrance is very awkward to navigate entry and exit. Overall, it was over-priced.

Sweet charming apartment with the best sunsets

A sweet and charming place, with a lovely atmosphere and beautiful design. Nicole, the host, is amazing! She took care of everything we asked for, truly one of the best service experiences we've had. The location is fantastic with breathtaking sunsets. A perfect stay, beyond our expectations - we felt completely comfortable, even when asking for things. We even got to enjoy fresh figs from the tree!

It would be amazing if there were a pool :) And since one of the units shares the space, it’s best to come with friends or family, so the neighbors aren’t strangers.

Our stay felt luxurious and comfortable, we felt safe on our accomodation. The location was ideal which meant exploring

Location is fantastic, only a 5min drive from the port and 15min drive to other popular parts of the island. The property manager Nicole was fantastic, she was incredibly enthusiastic and was available at all times, providing us with anything we needed and amazing recommendations on things to do in Paros. The property is modern with very nice bathrooms and rooms which allow plenty of natural light. All bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces both internal and external were incredibly spacious with high quality furnishings. We enjoyed having access to a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to cook meals and have dinner at the outdoors dining table while overlooking the sunset. One of the best places I’ve stayed.

Fantastic!!!!

I chose the structure even though it only had one review on booking (because the structure is new). Once I arrived, I found exactly what i s seen in the photos, everything perfect, super clean, very nice and airy, the mattresses on the beds very comfortable, the external relaxation spaces are very ,very ,very nice and the panorama and the sunset are priceless!!! I found a lot of necessary things, from coffee and everything else you could need in a kitchen, bought specially and not leftovers from other tourists. The hosts are fantastic.♥️ Nicole and his boyfriend were extremely available, they made us feel wonderful. A place where I would definitely return. Paros is a very beautiful island and in this location more beautiful to remember for sure.Thank you for everithing!!!!

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the propery for a week in june, 2024 and were very pleasantly surprised about the quality

Amazing views of the parikia bay, perfect little garden with a view to watch sunsets. Young and very friendly property managers, very helpful in providing advice on what to do and what to see in the island, where to rent boats, scooters etc. The property was newly refurbished so all furniture feel and look was totally new and of high quality

HORRIBLE Y SUCIO.

No Me gusto nada! . Dormi una noche solamente ya que al despertar encontre CUCARACHAS! caminando en mi baño. Literal una cucaracha en el baño principal corriendo! Otra en la cocina que ya no caminaba. Construcción del mismo hotel justo arriba de mi habitacion desde temprano que desperto a mi familia. La encargada de la propiedad prometio q regresarían el dinero de las noches q no ocupe por los inconvenientes. No respeto su palabra. perdí mi dinero. No quise tener a mi familia una noche más ahí y sali aun perdiendo dinero.

Sucio Insectos! Cucarachas Camas incómodas. Ruidos de construccion del mismo hotel sin considerar los horarios. Encargada del hotel no cumplio con nuestros acuerdos de regresar el dinero de las noches que no me quede por las cucarachas encontradas. Todo mal. No lo recomiendo.

Spacious, clean, nice apartment with an amazing senset view!

아파트 너무 좋습니다. 그리스 섬들을 돌아다니며 여러 숙소에 묵어봤지만 이곳이 가장 좋았어요. 넓고 없는 것 없이 다 있습니다 (헤어드라이어 잘됨, 부엌, 세탁기 등..) 새로 레노베이션 했다는데 정말 깨끗하고 좋았네요. 호스트도 매우 친절하고 프라이버시도 잘지켜주며 저희같은 경우 렌트카 업체 연결도 친절히 잘 도와주셔서 도움이 많이 됬습니다. 그리고 선셋 뷰가 엄청납니다. 겨우 2박한 게 아쉬울 정도라 기회가 되면 또 가보고 싶네요! 아기와 함께가서 호텔보다 훨씬 편했고 파로스란 섬 자체도 산토리니보다 할것도 많고(해변이 많아서) 해변과 마을들도 매우 예뻣습니다.
