I will definitely come back to this studio again

The owners of the studio were always around and happy to help with everything we needed , bus timetable all over the island was on the board and they gave us a leaflet of the island with a lot of recommendations of food, beaches and leisure.Bonus points for being the people to listen to me when telling them about my day and what I visited and make many many jokes to make me feel better when things didn’t go as planned.

Beautiful, cozy and traditional

Very nice studios and building with great value for money. Very friendly people, kind and always there at any time to help. The location was also perfect, at the heart of parikia port. The studios were confy and the whole building very traditional and beautiful with many flowers.

The studios could have included small shampooing and shower gels for the residents. The TV also did not take good signal at times. But overall the room was very clean and comfy with a nice balcony.

Great value for money, friendly and very clean!

Very friendly staff, very clean, some may say basic but want more could you want? Fridge, kettle, sandwich maker, fridge, few kitchen bits, great! Preferred this end of town (slightly quieter) to other side of port which was busier.

Manos is the perfect beer ,and host😀

We loved staying here and would stay again if in Paros . Lovely clean towels sheets changed every other day,lovely balcony with fruit trees growing round the garden that you could pick . Small kitchen that you could do easy meals . Thanks for our lovely stay

The staff were lovely very friendly people and did everything to please you. Fruit trees in the garden you could have taken the fruits . Nice balcony to sit on . very clean . it’s typical Greece lovely gardens .

Exceptional

We stayed at the studio apartmants for 3 nights . Everything was perfect and clean the hosts were super friendly and helpful during the whole stay . They made us feel welcomed and told us a lot about the island places to avoid and to visit for a better and more enjoyable stay . I recommend staying there 100%.

Highly recommend this accomodation and Parikia !

We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful gardens surrounding the rooms. The room was large with good amenities. Manos the host was extremely friendly and helpful! Gave us lots if tips and recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit. He was also helpful for where to go to hire a car during our stay. Great location, right near the water and only a short walk to the main restaurants beyond the port.

Our lock was a bit hard to manage at times but we got the trick of it during our stay. We did have difficulties with the toilet flush not being very powerful.

Mr Manos is great ! Very friendly and helpful He gives very good advises about island , restorations and beaches The beds (new mattress) in room is very comfortable The location is very quiet , near beach and port. The balcon and garden are amazing , surrounded by flowers and trees Clean and big towels changed every day , small kitchen with everything what you need to make a meal I hope to come again to Helliniko studios and I will recommend my friends

Super studio in a super location

Super host - charming and so helpful . He deserves to have success with his business. Great location. Good studio - exceptionally clean. Sheets and towels changed even though we were only there for 4 nights . Beautiful garden - restful and provided shade . Nice balcony providing us with extra space Super value for money.

Good

close location to the beach and bus station. The property is near many restaurants are close by one of the best Gyro restaurants in all of Santorini. The staff and management were present via text messages or simply knocking on the door.

Not many amenities in the room like no iron board and the toilet has an issue with flushing. We advised management and someone came to look at it but nothing was done about it. When flushing, you would have to manually lift the lever back up in order for it to finish the flush cycle. Or else the toilet would not flush. Wasn’t a big issue for us but management should consider fixing it.

Great location & hospitality.

Great location, close to the beach and quiet - out of the main busy town. Loved the recommendations from Manos and always making sure we were having the best time.

The shower was hand held and not attatched to the wall which made it a little hard to shower.

Amazing stay !

Great hotel. Very good location, close to the sea and beach. Very clean appartment. Manos and his staff are amazing and extremely nice. They help you with any questions and have great recommandations. Thanks a lot !!!

As usual, greek toilets are always a bit annoying and difficult to work with. But nothing impossible. Just have to get used to it

Perfect short stay in Paros

Only stayed in Paros for 2 nights and this was the perfect stay for that. Hosts were so lovely! We arrived early in the morning and they were able to accommodate and get us checked in early. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is also great, just a 10-15 min walk from the port and lots of shops/ restaurants. Oh and there was also a resident kitten who was extra adorable!

perfect for a week at Paros

it was super nice and on a great location! Not far from the beach but not in a loud environment. restaurants and bars just around the corner. the hostes Manos is a lovely and attentional person. super service!

Un très bon souvenir, un îlot de tranquillité bienvenu.

L’excellent accueil particulièrement chaleureux, la gentillesse et la joie de vivre de l’équipe, qui nous a rendu service avec plaisir. La végétation du jardin intérieur, vraiment formidable. Nous en profitions également de notre balcon terrasse privé.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο ξενοδοχείο , το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και άνετο .Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, κοντά στη θάλασσα και στο κέντρο της παροικίας αλλα ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη . Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και πάντα χαμογελαστό, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στην Πάρο!

Perfetto per uscire la sera a piedi

Camera con tutti i comfort per una vacanza estiva in Grecia! Bel terrazzino con tavolino, sedie e stendini. Il gestore simpaticissimo e super disponibile. Area in condivisione con tavolone e sedie, perfetto per riposare una sera e divertirsi anche con altri ospiti. Ottima posizione per visitare l'isola di giorno e vicina al centro per la sera (10 minuti a piedi, percorrendo il lungo mare secondario)

Migliorerei il vano doccia per non far bagnare il wc, ci vorrebbero dei cuscini piu grandi e comodi, va inserito un appoggio per le valige e va messo uno specchio grande

Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, με όμορφο μπαλκόνι , έχει και έναν ωραίο κήπο όπως μπαίνεις στο οποίο χρωστάμε στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας να χαρούμε ένα απόγευμα. Λευτέρης και Μάνος υπέροχοι, πρόσχαροι άνθρωποι, φιλόξενοι όσο δεν πάει και με πολλές καλές συμβουλές για το τι να δεις και που να πας στο νησί! "Arrivederci" :-)

Struttura in una posizione perfetta e molto tranquilla. Abbiamo apprezzato più di tutto la gentilezza e simpatia di Manos e Lefis, ci hanno accolti e fatto sentire come a casa per tutta la vacanza!! La struttura è molto carina e rilassante, con un giardino ben curato e abitato da dolci gattini! Torneremo sicuramente in caso di una visita a Paros!

È stato tutto perfetto! il bagno tuttavia richiede una buona capacità di adattamento (molto piccolo).

Estancia perfecta en Paros

Nuestra estancia en Helliniko Studio fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bienvenidos: la atención fue cercana, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con recomendaciones locales. El estudio estaba impecable, muy limpio, cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la playa, restaurantes y del centro, lo que hizo que movernos fuera muy fácil. Además, la tranquilidad del lugar nos permitió descansar y disfrutar al máximo de la isla. Sin duda, repetiríamos y lo recomendamos al 100% a cualquiera que visite Paros. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

Perfect! Hier hadden we graag wat langer willen verblijven.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen, waardoor we gelijk een thuisgevoel hadden. kamer was top, kaptafel viel bij mijn dochters goed in de smaak. Fijn ruim balkon en keuken en alles was brandschoon.

Proprietari gentilissimi e super simpatici. Ci hanno fornito un sacco di consigli pratici, sono stati super disponibili. Posizione perfetta per girare Paroikia. Bella spiaggia a 5 min a piedi.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, magari il bagno è da migliorare. Per il resto perfetto.
