This charming home is located just one block from the pristine beach as well as Carlsbad Village with its boutique shops and fabulous restaurants. The main house has two bedrooms, while the third bedroom is in a detached cottage. The living area boasts a large dining table and a warming gas fireplace. This home also features a dine-in chef's kitchen with plenty of counter space. Outside, there is a front yard seating area with a firepit as well as an enclosed, canopy-covered, rear patio area with a table to dine alfresco. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, four new TVs, a DVD Player, and complimentary high-speed internet access. All premium movie channels and streaming services are included in every bedroom.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Two surfboards, beach chairs, and boogie boards are provided.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property is in such an amazing location. So close to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance even with a big family. The house has everything you might need - stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and plenty of linens. Great experience!

Great location. Unwelcoming as locks on so many drawers and cabinets; the owners things in what was left unlocked. Huge hampers in closets, minimal hangers.
AC in 3rd bedroom needs filter cleaned; it smells.

So easy to walk to the beach. Chairs, shovels, coolers all provided for your perfect day on the beach.

I was very disappointed when I got there and found that the place was not air-conditioned. The temperature in the house when we arrived was 89° and it was very uncomfortable. Dorothy did go purchase three larger fans but you still couldn't stay in the house during the day because it was just so hot and uncomfortable. The house was OK but nothing special. I would not want to stay in that house again although it was conveniently located to the beach
