This centrally air-conditioned luxury home has ample space for your family to spread out and enjoy their vacation. Enjoy other features like a living area with a flatscreen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and hardwood floors throughout. For your convenience, the home has a laundry area, complimentary high-speed WiFi, a guest desktop computer, beach equipment, and more! You’ll enjoy spending as much time indoors as outdoors with a front deck patio facing the ocean for viewing spectacular sunsets and a back patio with a large table, eight chairs, lounges, and a gas barbecue surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The main bedroom and living room have ocean views! Best of all, the beach, parks, shops, and restaurants are a short walk from 155 Sycamore!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved our experience at this home! The house was immaculate and had lots of beach chairs, an umbrella and a few extras.
It’s such a short walk to the beach and it was absolutely the best. Can’t wait to come back and stay again next year!
