Location of this house is perfect for a family gathering. There is plenty of seating for meals and relaxing, as well as enough beds to sleep a large crew of children and adults. We would definitely visit here again!

Property was very well stocked with lots of amenities… Large refrigerator, icemaker, beverage cooler, and well equipped kitchen. Our party of 9 was very comfortable thankfully b/c we had a lot of indoor time due to Hurricane Debby. Only criticism is the linen service - 2 sets of skimpy towels per bedroom and having to make up the beds upon arrival.

We loved this house and will likely rent it again. The walk and access to the beach were perfect for us (the emergency vehicle ramp is directly across the street). There were no stairs or dunes to cross, which was very helpful for my 81-year-old mother. Beautiful ocean views from the house and a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking and a nice tiki bar downstairs. The only negative was one of the four AC units did go out, but window units were provided, and we stayed comfortable. The property managers were extremely responsive all week, handled our needs, and responded quickly! Linens were included with this stay, and the mattresses were very comfy! We had a great week!

The living space is lovely and access to the beach is wonderful.
The downstairs air conditioning and elevator didn’t work for the entire time we were there. Brook and Chris were very nice and offered us a partial refund, but if the elevator is vital for a member of your party, I would verify that it is operational before your stay.
