This property suited our large family very well. Kitchen/Family area was great for everyone to gather. Everything needed for cooking for a crowd provided.
The pool is a bonus and was a highlight of our stay with young children. Sauna and hot tub enjoyed by adults.
The open access to TV apps great during World Cup and The Open. Very much appreciated.
The elevator was critical to stock the house.
Beach access was a long walk without sidewalks and cars driving by at high speed. There is paid parking at two access points which we used with children.
A great setting to create fantastic family memories. It was a wonderful stay with very responsive hosts!

We had a great visit for my Mom’s 85th birthday. The beach is a short walk, the kitchen was well equipped and the home was clean and comfortable. There were some minor issues, but the property manager was prompt to respond and fix the problems. I would recommend this rental for a large group.

We stayed here with a group of 14 people (three families) and had a very enjoyable week.The biggest positive was the host. They were consistently responsive, both in communication and action. During our stay the A/C stopped working (obviously not the host’s fault), and they had a repair technician out the next day who resolved it. When we mentioned there were very few clothes hangers, additional hangers were delivered quickly.The top floor was the highlight of the house. The open living room, kitchen, and dining area worked extremely well for a large group, with beautiful views, a comfortable sectional, and a well-equipped kitchen. We also loved the balconies on both the ocean and sound sides. The pool was another unexpected highlight—it was never crowded and became our favorite gathering spot each evening.A few things could be improved. Most bedrooms had little or no drawer storage, which made unpacking difficult. A couple of towel bars and curtain rods were pulling away from the walls and appeared to have been mounted without drywall anchors. Also, while the listing advertises a grill, the one provided was heavily rusted and dirty enough that we chose not to use it.Overall, this is a nice property with a great layout for a large group. The top-floor gathering space and the pool were the standout features, and with a little maintenance, a new grill, and more drawer storage, it would easily earn five stars.

Excellent home and appliances. Furniture and mattresses were VERY old and worn.I do not recommend this house for anyone except the young and agile.
