Island Time is your ultimate vacation getaway! You can’t get any closer to the sand! If you are looking for a beach vacation that has it all- this is your house!
Upon entering Island Time, you’ll discover a spacious, thoughtfully designed interior that blends modern comforts with coastal elegance. The open living and dining spaces are filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Nautical-inspired decor and beach-themed accents throughout the home capture the essence of seaside living. A pool table for relaxing evenings after a day or sun or relaxing in the downstairs lounge provides additional space for the whole group to enjoy themselves.
Bedrooms
The home features 7 well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort to ensure a restful night after a day of sun-soaked adventures. All beds are made prior to your arrival with fresh linens. Bath towels and hand/wash towels are also provided.

There are 7.5 bathrooms in the house. The master suites include attached bathrooms with stand-up showers, while other bathrooms feature tubs or tub/shower combos.
Kitchen & Living Space
The fully-equipped kitchen invites culinary enthusiasts to create delicious meals, while the dining area provides a charming setting for enjoying them overlooking the ocean. The open concept living space allows you to cook while staying connected to family and friends in the living and dining areas.
Private Pool, Hot Tub & Beach Access
The highlight of Island Time is undoubtedly its private pool and hot tub, along with direct beach access just steps from your back deck. Whether you’re a sun seeker, water sports enthusiast, or someone who enjoys a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, this beach house offers a front-row seat to the beauty of North Topsail Beach.
The pool can be heated in October and April for an additional $250 fee and November and March for a $500 additional fee. The pool is not open from December-February. If you would like the pool to be heated, please mention this at the time of booking.
Note: From May-August we only accept week long stays, Saturday-Saturday reservations. We welcome shorter stays (minimum 3 nights) all other times of the year.
