Seclusion and unparalleled relaxation await at this dog-friendly home! Upon entering, you'll find a delightful living space with new furniture. The comfortable living room features an inviting sofa and armchair and Smart TV to stream your favorite movies, videos, and shows! The kitchen will delight the chef of the group with its stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, coffee maker, and even a dishwasher. The high dining table seats up to eight people comfortably.
Right off the kitchen, the screened-in patio offers an incredible seating space and private gas grill. There's no complete vacation without a barbecue and now you'll get to show off your grilling skills. Back inside, you'll also find a bedroom with a flatscreen TV and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer combo. Upstairs, you'll have the other bedroom along with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and an inviting reading nook.
When it's time to leave your home away from home and explore, Tremont is less than a mile away. Just 3.5 miles away, Southwest Harbor offers dining options, coffee shops, convenience stores, and a marina.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

this spot had comfy beds and was a 30-45 min drive to everywhere we wanted to be during our visit to acadia. the kitchen had just the very basics, and it would have been nice to have a laundry basket. it felt very much like an income property, but the water from the tap tasted fresh and we were grateful for the clean air.

Location and home was absolutely gorgeous. Favorite part was the screened in porch (though both doors to access outside and grill seemed misaligned. One was difficult to open and the other the lock was broken so you couldn't open). The only recommendation for improvement I would make is to upgrade the comfort of the bed. Mattress was mediocre (with plastic mattress protector similar to a crib mattress), sheets were rough and pillows were flat so made for a bit of uncomfortable sleep after long day hiking.

We found the property to be quite uncomfortable. The beds, pillows, couch, kitchen table, and chairs. It was clean enough, despite a washer full of dirty towels. Odd layout as well.
