Lovely quiet place for travelers.

Lovely apartments. It’s situated in a quiet place, 5 minutes walk to Scorpion beach, 15 minutes to Main Street with restaurants and shops and about 20 minutes walk to train station. Train to Rome take 20-30 minutes, so it’s perfect place to live if you don’t like overcrowded Rome. Also apartments is big and spacious and kitchen is equipped perfectly, you have everything you need. Additional thanking for washing machine)

Wonderful, relaxing stay

We have stayed in places like this all over Europe, and this apartment had the most accessories of anywhere! There were napkins, paper towels, a brand new hair dryer, extra towels, candy, water, plenty of kitchen supplies, etc. We had everything we needed, which is rare! Also the host was in touch right away and attended to issues which we appreciated. There were some shower issues but were resolved quickly. Highly recommend!

The location to the train station was a long walk, especially if it was raining. It was about a 20-25 minute walk depending on if we had luggage with us and how quickly we walked. Uber price was about 20 Euros depending on time of day, so that was expensive. But the place is convenient to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. If you want the train, just be prepared to walk.

Loved how nice and clean the place was! Excellent location just down the street from the beach and grocery stores and such just around the corner, while also located on a very quiet street - really was just perfect; would stay again for sure. Wendy was a gem!

Convenient location, close to the sea and within walking distance to the center and railway station. Cleanliness, comfort at the highest level. The apartment has everything you need, when you check in, the girl was very nice and suggested places worth visiting.

A well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed, modern and clean in a good residential location.

Hot water tank should be turned down a notch to prevent scalding...plus you'd save a bit of money.

Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale, con tutto l'essenziale. Molto gradite anche le capsule del caffè messe a disposizione dall'host, molto gentile e cortese. C'è anche un echo dot in camera da letto.

Non ci sono prese di corrente vicino al letto e il telecomando del televisore in camera è difettoso.

Appartamento pulitissimo, molto confortevole e bene arredato (sembra appena ristrutturato) Dotazione accessori completa e funzionante Host gentilissima e disponibilissima Kit di benvenuto molto gradito !

Finestre non trasparenti ma satinate (comprensibile visto che danno sul piano stradale) Qualche problema di ricezione televisiva (credo a causa dell’antenna condominiale) Qualche odore di ritorno dai sifoni degli scarichi (ma credo sia un problema generalizzato della zona di Roma ;-)

Soggiorno impeccabile. La casetta risulta essere molto carina e a 350 metri dal mare. A pochi passi presenta il centro commerciale con il supermercato e sempre a pochi passi c’è la fermata del pullman. Oltre la posizione ottima, anche la pulizia e il servizio è stato perfetto. La colazione è prevista utilizzando macchinetta del caffè e fette biscottate tutto fornito dalla struttura, insieme ai prodotti di prima necessità.
