Kind friendly staff and a restaurant right next door with a great patio.

We loved the fact that it was across the street from the beach. Our room was in the back and we had easy access to the patio and kitchen.

The easy access to restaurants and the pop up market that arrived on Saturday from 7am to 2pm that spanned for many blocks.Great for clothing shopping.

Nice and friendly

Elodie is a friendly and helpful host. The guesthouse is located directly at the beach with lots of restaurants close by. The breakfast was served in the bar next door.

Everything was good except the breakfast, everything was sweet in the breakfast. I prefer eggs, sausage, bread, cheese and ham. I recommend that you change the breakfast or have the option of making a reservation without breakfast.

Excellent stay with a great location.

The property was small and very cosy, we had the ground floor (2 double rooms) basically for ourselves including the kitchen and the small garden. Our hostess was very helpful and supported us with ordering taxi service. We can really recommend this B&B.

We loved all, the friendliness and the hospitality. Great breakfast. Spectacular location with the beach next door, bus stop to pisa very close. It was divine. We were treated very well.

Cozy stay across from the water.

The location was excellent. It looked like the garden would be a pleasant place to sit but we arrived too late and stayed only one night.

The room was quite small and so was the bathroom.

Perfect place for a summer vacation on the seaside

The place has a perfect location, you are right by the sea, owners are extremely nice and always ready to help with everything. Ellody speaks english, so communication is never a problem. In the room you have everything you need plus there is a kitchen in the hall for you to use. I really don’t know what else should you need, I definitely recommend it and will be happy to come there again if I’m planning vacation in the area.

Great and attentive hosts!

Elodie and her husband are great and attentive hosts. They arranged a gluten-free breakfast, advised on a parking space, in bad weather they recommended some tips for trips around Tuscany. A few hundred meters from the accommodation is a sandy beach.

Hyggeligt sted uden larm .. venlig vært ..

Beliggende er fantastisk… lige over vejen og man er ved vandet … 150-200m er der en dejlig strand ..hyggeligt opholdsrum med fri kaffe og te …. Flere restauranter , caféer mm. I nærheden… en ligger lige udenfor døren…coop marked ligger også lige rundt om hjørnet

Marina di Pisa - klidné místo pro relaxaci

Ideální místo pro klidný pobyt v bezprostřední blízkosti moře. Jednoduše ale účelně zařízený pokoj s dobře vybavenou jídelnou pro hosty. Příjemný bar přímo u domu s dobrou snídaní či pro večerní posezení při západu slunce. Před domem dlouhá promenáda podél pobřeží. 150 m od supermarketu a zastávky autobusu do Pisy.

Struttura fronte mare, camera pulita dimensioni giuste, angolo per poter fare colazione o pranzare, in dotazione tutto il necessario ( bicchiere, calici, piatti possate, tosta pane, microonde, macchina del caffè, niente fornelli), terrazzino dove poter rilassarsi, stendipanni. Ottimo qualità prezzo. Vicino al supermercato, ristoranti e bar. Gestore molto gentile.

Lekker aan strand en zee

Als je bijna met je voeten in zee wilt slapen, moet je hiernaartoe gaan. De kamer was lekker rustig, het bed was prima en de badkamer goed, maar een beetje klein. Koffie, thee en magnetron in een gezamenlijke ruimte met uitgang naar de achtertuin met zitjes. We bleven helaas maar een nachtje. Elodie is goed bereikbaar en reageert snel.

Séjour chez ANNEMARIE BeB à faire si vous chercher le calme et la Mer et plage à proximité

L'emplacement de la location , avec la chambre seule à l'étage et la sortie directement sur la Mer en traversant la route, qui était en sens unique , fermée à la circulation le weekend était nickel pour les piétons et ainsi profiter de cette longue avenue qui suit le littoral sur plusieurs kilomètres ; des restaurants et autres restaurations rapides se trouvent tout le long de cette avenue ainsi que des bars et des glaces pour les gourmands. La plage est en galets donc prévoir les chaussons pour aller vous baigner. Ne pas manquer l'adresse chez PICCININO CAFFÈ à Marina di Pisa qui a des viennoiseries et autres cafés , cocktails et autres restaurations , qui vous ferons certainement revenir dans un futur proche si vous passez dans le coin. Une grande surface d’alimentation COOP à 2 Minutes à pieds de l'appartenant .Parking gratuit au même endroit mais très prisés car le long du littoral c'est payant ou interdit de stationner le week-end. Elly est très accueillante et serviable à notre arrivée et se fait vite oublier volontairement, pour qu'on puisse passer un bon moment chez elle et découvrir cette belle région.Elle est toujours accessible en cas de demande spécifique bien sur. Cuisine très bien équipée et à partager entre tous les convives présents dans ses locations.Terrasses extérieurs agréables ainsi que le voisinage proche. Idéal pour aller visiter Pise qui se trouve à 20 minutes de là.Sur une journée c'est sympa. Location à ne pas manquer

Jedyny minus to śniadanie. W ramach śniadania otrzymuje się talon na 5 euro do kawiarni obok (w zasadzie nie można tam zjeść porządnego śniadania)
