Very cozy accommodation and a wonderfully friendly host! Great location, 5 minutes from the sea, with everything you need for an overnight stay.
The furniture and blankets in the room were a bit old, but this didn't interfere with our rest.

Enrico, was excellent, and fast response to any issues. We haven't use the breakfast service because is not available during this time of the year.

Nice and quiet pension (not B&B!!) with all rooms on the ground floor. All facilities advertised in place. Clean room. Free public parking in mid-low season (but not in Summer). Strategic area with bus to Pisa centre (30 min) around the corner. Plenty of bars restaurants and a supermarket nearby
Functional but outdated bathroom. In general, far too expensive for what it offers
