Location perfect. Plenty of space. Good parking. Quiet.
No kitchen sink plug. Cold tap in bathroom inadequate flow. Duvet was winter weight in summer, too hot. Personally prefer a firmer bed.

Unclean,washing machine didn't work, no plug for kitchen sink and cold water tap in bathroom was blocked so only a trickle of water. Not good value for price paid and didn't feel comfortable in unclean environment.

The property was so central to town and still very quiet.
The property was very large
It had every thing we needed, and as it was our last stay after 6 weeks it was lovely to have the space to relax.
A couple of the chairs are due to be replaced
We found the recycling Infor a little confusing, we probably have different colours in NZ maybe that was why.

Accessible to everything. Spacious which is really good.
Needs updating . There are some cobwebs in the room. I have to wash the 1 set of beddings as it looks dirty. The sofa bed is dirty hence we did not use it. The oven is not working.
