We were more than happy with our accommodation.

The property was so central to town and still very quiet. The property was very large It had every thing we needed, and as it was our last stay after 6 weeks it was lovely to have the space to relax.

A couple of the chairs are due to be replaced We found the recycling Infor a little confusing, we probably have different colours in NZ maybe that was why.

Large space. Shower hot.

Mop broom on doorway on entry. Litter around external entry. Chairs sagging / uncomfortable. Old crisps under coffee table. It smelt dank. Plastic rubbish on floor of bathroom. Old wonky Lino covers shelves in bathroom. Torn blinds. The list could go on.

Overpriced for the standard of the facilities

The living room was very large and the washing machine was a bonus. The location was execellent near station and bus stop.

The dreadful ring doorbell that rang everytime anything moved in the car park. Not only was it distracting, but we couldn't see the images! Was it that because the host wanted to spy on us? Or is the place so dangerous it requires monitoring? The place was in quite poor decorative order, for over a hundred pounds a night I think we should expect undamaged blinds, clean walls and carpets etc. Two knobs for the gas oven are broken and it didn't seem to want to light, in the end we didn't dare use it.

A convenient place for a short stay

Location is good as the property is on High Street and near train station. Host has been responsive.

There is washing machine (as described) but without drying function. No outside airer but only a couple of small radiator airers so don't expect you could wash and dry your clothes within a day or two. Squeaky mattresses and sofas aren't too comfortable.

Good location

Moldy electric kettle, not super clean, no attempt to make the space welcoming. Space felt neglected and under appreciated. Could be a really great space with some TLC.

A spacious light property that could do with being made more luxurious and homely.

The flat was very spacious and light. The bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure gave a good shower experience.it was in a good location and it was very convenient to have parking.

The duvets were square so were very wide but not long enough. It could have been made more homely with pictures. The kitchen utensils were basic with no teapot or cafetière or sieve. The tv was ok for Netflix and YouTube but the poor tv signal/connection made it impossible to watch the main channels. The biggest towels were hardly big enough to wrap around the body. It would have been good to have a choice of two singles or a double bed in the larger bedroom in Flat 4. The flat would benefit from better quality fixtures and fittings including the doorstops which were not always big enough to stop the doors closing.

The location was good, walking distance to shops and eateries, bed was very comfortable, shower was very good and powerfull. All ammenities in the kitchen, perfect. Also easy to turn heating on when needing a boost.

The bathroom was in need of a good clean, and needs painted, will be very nice when done. Could also put a shelf or cupboard in the bathroom to hold teeth brushes, toothpaste, as kept knocking them into the sink whilst washing our hands. A shelf in the shower would be handy as had to bend to pick soap/showergel etc off the floor, and there isnt much room for bending in the shower.

Great place to stay

Location was great. Apartment had plenty of space. Most of the facilities required were present. Even though it's in the city centre, we didn't have any noise disturbance issues. Good value for money overall. Great to have free car parking available right beside the apartment.

The carpet could be better, it was on a little on the dirty side. The apartment could be decorated a bit more; mainly the lounge. The dining table could be a bit bigger. The heating system was not switched on when we arrived, it took us some time to figure out how to turn it on.

Location was good although noisy at times. Flat has great potential, it needs deep clean & redecorating & some touches to make it more homely

Initially flat looked clean but was actually quite grubby in places. Windowsills had dead flies on them, blinds were grubby, skirtings were dirty. Shower far too small for the flat. Needs redecorating & could do with some pictures on the walls to make it more homely. Curtains would also be good as blinds in the sitting room were broken at one side. Main light in lounge had no shade.

Location was just what we wanted

Bad odour when we arrived. Wasnt Very clean. Shower had nowhere to put your products and door came off runner when opening to come out but husband managed to rectify Stanley knife left on sofa

The facility's where very big and spacious, they were also very secure, clean and tidy , easy to find. We will use this flat again without any hesitation. I would give it 10 out of 10 no problem. on site parking was an added bonus.

Accessible to everything. Spacious which is really good.

Needs updating . There are some cobwebs in the room. I have to wash the 1 set of beddings as it looks dirty. The sofa bed is dirty hence we did not use it. The oven is not working.

Great basic accommodation well situated and OK priced if using maximum capacity.

Location, bedding, size of property, all the basics homewears, great parking, quiet. Cupboard space was good. Was generally clean except the usual wear n tear that you expect in a short term rental (marks on walls ect.)

Sofa bed really didn't work properly and kept folding in funny places (just old I think but sofa beds are usually not comfy anyway). The flat was for up to 5 people but the table was only big enough for 2 (Even though it had 5 dining chairs). Also only one 2 seater sofa......for 5 people. Could have done with back out blinds in the bedroom for light nights especially when staying with children but none of these issues would stop us staying again. Just we niggles to improve from a good to excellent stay 😉

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, la stanza da letto è grande e i letti sono comodi. C’è un comodo parcheggio davanti all’appartamento e la zona è tranquilla, di notte non si sentono rumori.

L’alloggio avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore cura, la moquette sul pavimento era sporca e la cucina datata. Ci sarebbe bisogno di uno stendino per i panni.

Große Wohnung in guter Lage

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Check in mit Schlüsselbox hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Tesco und Lidl in der Nähe. Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge.

Die Anschrift war etwas kompliziert zu finden, das Castlebank House liegt direkt neben der Küchenutensilien könnten etwas mehr sein (größere Töpfe, Sieb, Brotmesser).
