We stayed here for a week with my family of 9. All ages. We had plenty of room and lots to do! This house was extremely clean and we felt very welcome and at home! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and lots of little extra touches! We all had such an amazing time! Lots of yard games, bonfires, hot tub, and fishing!! This is a perfect spot for those who love to fish! There has been a new dock added that extends over the water and it adds so much more to this property. It is very safe and well built. We had no complaints! Definitely one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at!

The house is as described - fully equipped with outdoor activities and a beautiful view of the lake. There is a dock on the side if you want to bring your kayaks. Also, great spot for fishing. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed for the stay. Loved the great additions like the mini fridge outside and solo stove. The AC was set to a great temperature, the check-in was seamless. I'd stay there again and recommend to friends. A note that we did not leave the premises - only to grocery shop.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6 adults (parents and college aged kids). Everyone had plenty of space. The location was beautiful, right on the lake, and the house was fully stocked with everything you could ask for- inside and out! The property was clean and communication with our host Brandi was easy and quick! We loved it and will certainly be back!

This was our first stay at Clear Lake area. This house was beautiful, well equipped, comfortable and right on the water. The outdoor area is spacious and has amazing views, and plenty of shade for hot summer days. We rented a boat and had the lake to ourselves. This is a great find!

Myself and 9 friends rented this house for NYE weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautiful, on the lake, and has tons of activities and furniture with great views. Everything was clean, functional, and as advertised. The house was beautiful and the lakeviews were fantastic. This house could not have been more perfect. We loved the open concept main floor with large kitchen, dining, and living area. Bedrooms were all very nice with tasteful decor and comfortable, quality bedding. The outdoor area was over the top! Coming from Seattle and Alaska we thoroughly enjoyed the large outdoor area and were able to accommodate our large group of family for barbecue, yard games and card games. We loved being on the Lake and centrally located to amenities. Brandi is very thoughtful and was super accommodating. She was readily available if we needed anything or had any questions. We definitely recommend this this property!

This place was great for our weekend trip. The place is clean and had everything we needed (plenty of towels, all the kitchen items, a bonus speaker that we took outside to the patio). There are also lots of fun perks on the back patio (hot tub, hammocks, lawn games). Communication with the host was easy and prompt as well.

I've stayed here twice now and it's safe to say I'll be booking my third trip in the near future. Our group of friends is between 8 and 10 and this place has absolutely everything you need for day, night, lounging, and fun activities. Brandi took over from CJ but I can't compliment her enough and what an outstanding host she is. Immediate replies and always willing to take the extra step. Book this place for your next weekend getaway before it gets completely booked!!!!!

`We thought this house was incredible. It served our needs to a T! We had a big group of friends get together to celebrate and we loved this home. It had something from everyone. I felt like it was the perfect reset home we could have found. I loved the location in Lakeport. Everything was a 5 minute drive. The house and the amenities were crazy good. Everyone loved the fire pit and ping pong tabled. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen!! The kitchen has everything you could ever imagine! Everyone was entertained the entire time. The views were perfect. Would recommend and would love to return!

The property was pretty cool, especially the lake view from the deck. CJ was also very accommodating and answered all our questions. Overall cleanliness was good, the front load washer wasn’t as clean. The lake’s water level is low, and it’s not reaching the property. So no fishing off the deck. CJ was very honest sharing this information prior to our booking. Something that caught us off guard was how many bugs/flies/mosquitoes there were after sunset! Every evening there would be a layer of bugs on the glass door trying to get in. Electronic bug zappers were provided and well used. This limited outdoor activities after sunset. Overall we had fun and enjoyed relaxing with a lake front view.

We had an awesome time at CJ's property! Right on the lake! Everything was as advertised or better. The pictures are very accurate and one of the reasons we chose this place. Communication was exceptional. Other than food, there is no reason to leave the house if you don't want to as there is so much to do. And the views! Indescribable! Can’t say enough! Amenities were great. View was spectacular. Plenty of space for our group. Beds were nice. The only thing that was difficult to deal with were the bugs trying to come inside at night every time you went in or out of the back yard but that is just how it is when your staying right on the lake. Water level is low right now so you can’t bring your boat up to the house. Not a big deal we launched a few miles away and anchored our boat just off shore. 10/10! Thanks CJ!

We loved our time on the lake. We have stayed at a lot of vacation houses and this one is a keeper. CJ has thought of literally everything and is super easy to communicate with. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. It was dreamy to sleep with the sliders open to the upstairs deck and hear the birds in the morning. The backyard had tons of games to keep everyone busy (we had an epic corn hole tournament) and the bird watching was endlessly fascinating. We saw a pod of pelicans! Add in the hot tub, cook's kitchen, comfortable couches and ample dining options and you have a dream vacation home! Don't hesitate to book this wonderful house.

Wonderful, eclectic, spacious, entertainment property right on the water near amenities in town. We had 8 adult family members staying here and found it to be a great gathering spot with so much to do. Wished we could have stayed the whole week and used all that this place has to offer. CJ was a great host as well and always one text message away from helping the stay be as comfortable as possible. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking to relax and have fun!

This house made for a great time! The lake happened to be a bit too choppy to spend too much time on, which meant that we spent a lot of time playing games in the beautiful back yard (corn hole, ladder toss, ping pong are all provided). The kitchen is beautiful with a massive island giving plenty of prep space. All of the rooms were clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Every year we make the trip up to Clear Lake to fish and this was hands down our favorite experience. The location is prime and close to launch ramps (water was low otherwise the property would have supported 3 boats being tied up at the dock) and the convenience of downtown Lakeport. The best part was the attention to detail. I would not hesitate to come back. There really is no reason to leave with the spa, the games, the grill, the fire pit, the hammocks. Heaven in Clear Lake! Thanks you again for your attention to detail and your stunning property!
