A place to return to any time of the year

We've been returning for the third year in a row, and would come back anytime, winter or summer. We love how roomy and well-equipped the apartment is, it is quiet and remote, but only a few minutes' drive from the slopes. Oh, and great hosts!

The hosts are paying so much attention even to the tiniest details, that I really cannot list anything that couldn't have been solved on the spot.

Excellent location, charming hosts - the perfect choice for those looking for a perfect and special

The B&B was truly perfect and special! The location is relatively isolated but still excellent! It is on a mountainside with a beautiful view towards the sunset - it really added to the experience. The place was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for self-catering. The hosts were lovely - they took care of everything we needed, were interested in our itinerary and added tips for places to see in the area.

Location/accessability 10%. Facilities 100%. Kitchen/equipment, bedding, bathrooms 100%. Views/scenery out of this world.

We were 2 couples and a fifth person. The 3rd "bedroom" was a lounge with a comfortable single bed but no wardrobe. Fortunately the person in that room was easy to please!

Perfect to relax and enjoy life

We had a wonderful experience at the Landhaus SCHONBLICK. The owner welcomed us at the check-in ,he is very pleasant and really helpful! The room was wonderful, clean and tidy! The view is excellent and especially in the evening you can enjoy the panorama to the Carinthian mountains while having a barbecue on the terrace! Thank you so much! We will recommend Landhaus SCHONBLICK to all my colleagues!

The house owners are very hospitable. Apartments has huge balcony/terrace and superb view for it. Apartmens are freshly renovated including kitchen facilities. Very quite place. Appartments has 3 wc/showers. Close distance to skiing slopes or lake.

EXCEPTIONAL HOUSE IN A WONDERFUL LANDSCAPE

Fantastically located house. On the first floor the apartment, the owner is on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms all with bathroom and well furnished. A well equipped kitchen is available. You have a fantastic view, beautiful landscape. Very quiet and well heated environment with radiators. We really enjoyed our stay, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Recommended structure.

Great hospitality on a lovely quiet location

The great hospitality by hosts Jess and Julie. The vast collection of DVD's that inspired us to hold a movie night. The location in the mountains where you hear nothing except wild animals. The wonderful beds.

Absolute comfortable living/bedrooms, newly renovated kitchen, really large apartement (3 rooms, 3 bathrooms), very kind host and hosting.

Perhaps the heating could have been a bit more.

This superb accommodation exceeded our expectation. House is situated in quiet place few minutes drive from Bad Kleinkirchheim. Jess, our host was welcoming and helpful from the first minute we arrived. He showed us around the house and explained everything we needed to know. Kitchen was very well equipped and the whole appartment was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and pleasant to sleep in. The view was amazing. We will definitely visit again.

In a wonderful environment a beautiful house.

In a wonderful environment a beautiful house. The kitchen is really well equipped and there is a nice barbaque on the terrace, where the view is just amazing. Each room has got its own bathroom which is really good. There are plenty of board games and toys for the kids, and in the garden you'll find the table tennis too. The house is in the perfect spot to discover Carinthia, many of the great sights, lakes and mountains or bigger cities are really close. And our host was just amazing. Lovely man, really helpful and he was super friendly. We had an amazing time there and hopefully we will get the chance to go back again, and also, we would recommend this place to anybody.

Absolutely amazing accommodation for two families with children. Everything was prepared perfectly, including basic food in the refrigerator. Kitchen very practically equipped. Wonderful views from the terrace, where there was a barbecue, lots of toys and deck chairs. Each room has its own bathroom. The host is an exceptional man with a heart in his hand. A dog and a turtle also pleased. Sleeping in absolute peace and darkness is something that a person likes to welcome on vacation. All trips are very affordable and we recommend buying a Carinthian card. We will be happy to return.

There really is nothing to complain about. Maybe it's that the vacation passed so quickly.

Beautiful terrace with scenic views to fully enjoy your vacation

Amazing location and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The hosts were really welcoming and very kind, always looking how to make our stay relaxing. The appartment was clean and disinfected before our arrival. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, very comfortable mattresses, the kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, tableware, dishwasher, etc.) and there were plenty of toys for our kids as well.

Perfect place to relax..

The apartman is located in a fantastic environment, approx. in the middle of Carinthia, close to all sights.Very spacious, comfortable, equipped with all the necessary extras.The view from the balcony is beautiful, the sun shines all day, an excellent place for breakfast, and dinner as well.The hosts( Julie, Jess, AND Ted of course) are exteremely kind, we really enjoyed their company.

Rundum-sorglos-Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Umgebung mit herzlichen Gastgebern!

Wir wurden von Julie und Jess warmherzig im Landhaus Schönblick empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist bis ins kleinste Detail perfekt mit allem ausgestattet - angefangen von der Küche, über gemütliche Ausstattung auf der Sonnenterrasse und dem Balkon bis hin zu unzähligen Spielen für die Kinder fehlt es einem absolut an nichts. Die Größe der Ferienwohnung hat uns positiv überrascht und der Ausblick vom Haus ins Tal ist einfach wundervoll. Julie und Jess sind jederzeit als Ansprechpartner verfügbar, ob für tolle Tipps für lohnenswerte Ausflüge in der Umgebung, gute Restaurants und schöne Wanderungen. Hier merkt man, dass man herzlich willkommen ist und den Gastgebern ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub bei einer sehr herzlichen und netten Familie

Julie und Jess sind tolle Gastgeber. Sie haben uns so herzlich empfangen, wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes viele nette Gespräche und haben uns wie in einer Familie gefühlt. Die beiden sind sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen. Das Appartment und das Haus sind liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Es ist alles da, was man sich in einer Ferienwohnung wünscht. Sogar Spiele, DVDs und Bücher waren vorhanden, so dass es den Kindern nie langweilig wurde. Die beiden Hunde des Hauses sind total süß, sehr gut erzogen und unsere Kinder haben die beiden gleich ins Herz geschlossen und durften mit ihnen spielen. Die Lage des Hauses oberhalb von Radenthein bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick und einen guten Startpunkt für viele Ausflüge in die Region. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren alle traurig, als es Zeit zum abreisen war. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Landhaus nur weiter empfehlen. Danke an Julie und Jess für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch.

Hostitelé Jess a Julie jsou velmi příjemní a ochotní s čímkoli poradit. V apartmánu v prvním patře jsou 3 koupelny, velmi dobře zařízená kuchyně se spoustou náčiní. Obývací pokoj e spoustou DVD. Z domu je krásný výhled do údolí a je nedaleko lyžařského střediska (5-10min). Parkování přímo před domem.
