Holiday in BKK

Sopacious appartment (120m² on 1st floor), has storage for ski equipment, clean and with good heating. There is max a 5 min walk to the slopes. Nice mountain view.

The arrangement of the appartment is such that access to one of the bedrooms is thorugh another bedroom - that was extremenly unconfortable. The oven in the kitchen was unusable and missing parts. We were 2 families with kids but got only 1 key. The pillows were the worst ever, all 7 of them...

Horrible service, woldn't recommend it.

It is close to one slope, but we needed to walk there (IT IS NOT ACCESSIBLE BY SKIS!).

It is not located directly near the slope, you need to walk there. When we wanted to talk to the chief, his wife was constantly saying rude things about us in Italian, when I complained about it, that it isn't accessible by skiing as it was advertised. They recommended talking to booking, because WHEN THERE IS ENOUGH SNOW, YOU CAN SKI THERE (maybe, but do not advertise it that way). When we got there, the apartement was filthy. We paid 140 Euros for cleaning, but we were greeted by mouse dung next to the windows and a big hole in one of the walls. One of the doors was broken, it was cold in that room because it wasn't closing properly. We communicated it on the first day, he said he would send somebody to check it out, but he never did. There are really few electronical sockets and all of them was occupied by some device that was supposed to keep the mice away. Apparently they don't work that very well. Also the kitchen door was broken.

fantastic location. ‘door mice’ are a problem!

location is superb. we could ski to the piste from the apartment.

not enough electrical sockets. door mice in the roof (or perhaps something else!) were very noisy at night. House has something to plug into the electrical sockets which the agent said stops the problem but certainly without these devices plugged in the ‘door mice’ are very loud. I think something needs to be done about this.

Nice but quite expensive appartment close to the ski area

The people were kind and helpful: we arrived some hours earlier so they have checked if the appartment is ready and we could move in. The house is close to the ski area and there is a parking facility right at the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the furnitures are comfortable.

The office for taking the key has been moved (there was an insciption on the window), this could be given at booking.com or via e-mail as there is hardly any parking facility on the main street. Would be easier to park just once.. A hoover would be needed in the appartment: after some days of stay with 2 families the flat was quite dirty and a broom is not enough in this case. We could not fall asleep until 11-12 p.m. as the guests above us were very noisy: we asked them several times but they did not care. Some soundproofing would be useful as the house is quite old and there is a (nice) wooden ceiling in the flat.

Im großen und ganzen war das Apartment ok, wir würde diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen

Die Lage war toll, das Apartment war sehr großzügig.

Die Heizkörper waren voll aufgedreht, die konnten auch leider nicht reguliert werden....daher war es unerträglich heiß im gesamten Apartment. Die Gastgeber sprechen leider nur Englisch..noch dazu nicht sehr deutlich...man kann sie also sehr schwer verstehen...sehr schade das man mitten in Österreich Englisch sprechen muss....Wir haben für 7 Personen gebucht, 3 Betten war überhaupt nicht hergerichtet, auch das Bettzeug mussten wir zusammensuchen...Überall waren Spinnweben....

Der Preis für ein dermaßen in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt (Top 1) schwer überhöht

Die Lage sehr gut: ruhig, gleich beim Waldrand (Hund), gleich bei Piste und Gondelbahn, kein Straßenlärm, Silvesterlärm sehr erträglich

Das Schlafzimmer war überheizt (23-25°), im Wohnraum und zugleich 2. Schlafraum war der Heizkörper kaputt (17° bei Sommerdecken, keine Winterdecken vorhanden), Aufenthalt tagsüber bei 17-19° nicht gemütlich; keine Abhilfe durch Betreuungspersonal, WC-Spülung - mit behelfsmäßigen Draht repariert - rinnt, Türklinke zum Bad nicht fixiert, Knaufe zu einigen Kastentüren ebenso
