It’s the perfect place for our family to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature together.

Nockalm Cottage has everything we need as a family with three children and a dog. There is plenty of space, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Skiing and hiking are easily accessible. We keep coming back again and again – it’s truly our happy place.

The accommodation was very nice and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped overall.

We went on a winter skiing holiday. I have to say that the resort mostly offers red, steeper slopes – the girls struggled quite a bit and, to be honest, even the guys didn’t really enjoy the runs that much. We’d be happy to come back in summer, but for winter skiing we’ll have to choose a different destination.

Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice and clean appartment. We didn't miss simply anything. The host provided all the information about points of interest like tracks for climbing and biking and thermal bath etc and both of them were very pleasant. We enjoyed great time in the location.

Great apartment close to lifts

Location was really good, very close to two lifts. The apartment has everything we could possibly need. The place has a special place to store your ski equipment. They even have a place to dry and warm up your ski boots.

Our room had direct access to the hall and we could hear people and children talking early in the morning. This woke us up every morning.

The property is modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Location was an easy walk to the ski lift.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the full ash tray of cigarettes on the balcony.

Great location. Ski lifts near by. Very friendly owners. Spacious rooms and very clean. the property had everything you’d need from pans to a washing machine. kids and pet friendly. highly recommended!

Newly renovated, fully equipped, comfortable appartment, located at quite place with view to the historical village St. Oswald. It's well located, so that we could start hiking directly from there. Close to the lift to biosphere park and to SportAlm restaurant. And last but not least, very friendly owners Norbert and Nadja, who welcomed us with fresh milk from local farm. Thanks, again!

Hanna is very friendly and although the appartment isn't that big it is comfortable with a large badroom and lovely shower.

It's located outside Bad Kleinkirchheim, therefore you always need your car to go somewhere. It's a 5 min drive. The area is really nice though and everything is within a 30 min drive.

The apartment was really great. You will find here everything that you need. Everything is new and clean, and the owners are really helpful. The beds are comfortable and there is enough space. We were staying with the biggest apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and a separated kitchen so we have enough space. The parking place is just in front of the building. The ski bus stop is approx. 3 mins from the house. I can just recommend this place.

Apartment super sauber, beinhaltet alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Was wir auf jeden Fall hervorheben wollen, sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber-/in, die mit vielen Tipps und für Fragen zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung standen. Danke nochmal dafür

Das einzige was einen Sternabzug bekommt ist die Parkplatzeinfahrt die ist wirklich sehr steil und uns persönlich waren die Matratzen viel zu weich.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Hausherrn begrüßt und konnten sehr unkompliziert ankommen und uns einrichten. Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war äußerst bequem und ausstattungstechnisch haben haben wir nichts vermisst. Internet ist gut und schnell vorhanden. Die Fernsehsender sind sehr zahlreich. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und alles was man zum Kochen und warm machen braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Mitten im Berg und mitten in der Natur. Zu entdecken und wandern gibt es reichlich. Auch ohne Erfahrung und alpine Ausrüstung, kann man mit etwas Anstrengung die Höhen vor Ort erklimmen. Was besonders schön ist. Nachts werden irgendwann die Straßenlaternen ausgeschaltet, sodass man bei klarem Himmel, einen wunderschönen Sternenhimmel mit kaum Lichtverschmutzung bewundern kann.

Nichts. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Sogar unser Hund war willkommen, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben.

Struttura ottima per i bambini e davvero pulita. Host adorabili e davvero disponibili. Ci hanno permesso di portare il cane all'ultimo minuto nonostante non li avessimo avvisati in anticipo.

Non abbiamo trovato lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'appartamento nonostante siano tra le cose disponibili, probabilmente sono in una zona comune della casa che non abbiamo visto.

Das Appartement, die ruhige Lage, die Aussicht, die Spiele die zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, es wurde auf unsere Wünsche super eingegangen, Betten waren sehr bequem, gemütliche Atmosphäre, kindgerecht eingerichtet

Die steile Parkzufahrt, die teils etwas „veralteten“ Sandspielsachen und die Schaukel müsste mal erneuert werden, die Bobbycars müssten unter Dach gestellt werden, da nach dem Regen alles nass war

Úžasné ubytování na klidném místě. Velmi příjemní a laskaví hostitelé, kteří se vším ochotně pomohli a poradili. Měli jsme prostorný rodinný apartmán se dvěma ložnicemi, moderně a vkusně vybavený, krásně čistý. Přestože bylo u jezer velmi teplé počasí, v našem apartmánu bylo velmi příjemně i bez klimatizace, a spalo se jako na obláčku. Pokud jste autem, lokalita je naprosto skvělá, poblíž je velké množství míst, která stojí za návštěvu. Od lanovek na hory, přes jezera, až po spoustu aktivit pro děti. Upřímě doufám, že se v následujících letech vrátíme, zdaleka jsme nestihli navštívit vše, co bychom chtěli. :)

Schönes Studio mit Hoppalas

Das Studio ist groß genug für eine Person und dank der zwei Fenster angenehm hell. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll, das Badezimmer geräumig und modern. Das WLAN ist ausgezeichnet und zuverlässig.

Die Matratze lebt ihr eigenes Leben: im oberen Drittel deutlich weicher, als ob sie beschädigt wäre, leider nicht ideal für den Rücken. Das Studio liegt direkt an einem Flur, der zu einem Gemeinschafts-WC führt. Dieses wird auch von Gästen ohne eigenes Bad sowie von Wohnmobil-Übernachtenden genutzt. Dadurch kann es frühmorgens – zu hörbarer Geräuschkulisse kommen, da die Tür zum Flur nicht schallisoliert ist. Ohrstöpsel sind angebracht, auch wegen des unterschiedlich laut brummenden Kühlschranks.

Unterkunft für eine Nacht ok.

Parkplatz und Lage zum Veranstaltungsgelände ist gut.Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Ferseher sind top. Fahrradabstellraum benützbar.

WC und Dusche am Gang. Keine Nachtkästchen vorhanden. Keine Handtücher am Zimmer. Vielleicht hatten wir auch das falsche Zimmer gebucht.

Wir haben uns Rundum wohlgefühlt.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig an einer Sackgasse gelegen. Die Parkplätze sind großzügig, auch für Anhänger geeignet. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Ein schöner Abstellbereich hat es uns leicht gemacht unsere Motorradkleidung gut unterzubringen.

Krásné, čisté, tiché, vším vybavené ubytování. ´Úchvatná příroda, na jaře obzvlášť okouzlující. Klid. Historické tradiční domy v okolí. Malebná obec St.Oswald. Parkování u domu. Mnoho turistických cest, překrásné výhledy.
