About this house rental
This 4 bedroom 3 bath home on the Gravois arm of the lake will cause your stress & worries to simply evaporate. The home is nestled in trees on an inclined lot with more than ample deck space & a patio to enjoy the large cove view.
Guests will enter on the main floor which contains the master bedroom, kitchen & eating area and laundry room (with 2nd fridge). A slider exits onto the deck and your panoramic view of Mill Creek cove with your own dock with open slip. Wander upstairs to find 2 bedrooms with a Jack n’ Jill bathroom. All upper level bedrooms have king sized beds. Go downstairs and you will find a large room with 2 queen sized beds, a full bath and a slider that will take you out to the patio under the deck. Home has an open floor plan that makes it seem bigger than it is. Kitchen is good sized and has peninsula with 3 stools along with large table that seats 7. Enjoy the main level living area & its vaulted ceilings as well as the expansive windows that give you a breathtaking view of the lake. Deck contains grill and plenty of seating with a set of stairs that lead down to the walkway to the dock or exit through the basement slider to get to the water. Dock has seating area along with a set of wet steps to get you in and out of the water with ease. We also own VRBO # 566257 if you would like to read our guest reviews for that property.
This home is located at the 4 mile marker of the Gravois arm of Lake of the Ozarks. It is off the beaten path a bit by land but right in the thick of things in regards to the main attractions on the lake. We have parking enough for 6 vehicles. There is no room for trailer or RV parking. While we are not located on the ‘busy’ side of the lake the town of Laurie is only 15 minutes away and the shops in Osage are only 45 minutes away.

Everything in the house was current and up to date. Everything thing we needed or wanted was in the house. Very comfortable and easily accommodated up to eight people. The three bathrooms, one on each level was a plus. Comfortable beds. Nice to have two refrigerators with freezers. The location on the lake was nice. Restaurants and bars were within easy boating distance. We enjoyed the property and lake location. Easily accessible by land as well.

Our stay was amazing! The house was clean and met our needs. There were three couples and we each had our own space/bedroom with bathroom. I could not have asked for any more! The kitchen was updated and well stocked - it had everything that we needed and more! The bay that we were in was quiet and not too busy. It was awesome staying off the main channel this year - highly recommend! Mike and Donna were super responsive and called to checked in on us, as the power went out the evening before.Great stay!!!

House was perfect only complaint I have is if you are bringing a boat it’s really rough to tie your boat up too especially during holidays.

The Lilly pad was a great bonus, inside space of home and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking needs. However, we faced difficulties with basic features we have not encountered in our 7 years with our LOTO, VRBO rentals. For boat owners, know the dock is very rough and recommend trying off outside the slip. Lake access from the home is through 2 sets of old sliding doors, which were very hard to open/close. Although the property allowed for multiple vehicles, we were unable to manage 2 trucks easily due to neighbors blocking drive for 3 days of trip. The home was not very clean and the only key was attached to the very heavy lockbox keypad. Be sure to print off all your instructions/information from owners prior to your trip as there is no rental book for your departure instructions/requirements.
