Welcome to lake life at its best! Our 3-bedroom, 3-bath getaway in Gravois Mills at Lake of the Ozarks is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and make memories. Tucked into a quiet cove with no steps to the water (yes, really!), it’s easy living from sunrise coffee to sunset cocktails. Whether you’re here for boating, floating, or just soaking up the view—this is your spot to unwind and enjoy every minute on the lake.
This amazing dock has a wonderful sitting area to relax or swim from, tie up on the edge of the dock for up to a 40 ft boat, and a private boat ramp capable of handling jet skis, fishing boats, and smaller runabout boats taking the stress out of finding a public ramp! Don't worry about your lake floats and life jackets as we have plenty ready for your stay keeping you safe and comfortable on the water.
We have a 2-car garage edition with plenty of room for gaming and fun in the event rain hampers your stay. Play ping pong, darts, or cards at the table to keep the good vibes going!

The property was exactly what we wanted! Clean, quiet, right on a secluded little cove. The neighbors were so nice! The kitchen had everything we needed. Even our 4 teenage boys had an amazing time with all of the provided games, water floats, and ease of fishing. We rented a pontoon and the dock was perfect for it. The host was great! Perfect amount of communication during the trip to insure satisfaction. There was some damage to a cable during a bad storm and he was on it from the get go. It was repaired and good as new within hours! Will definitely rent here again!

Been using VRBO in LOTO for years and this property by far is the best. With a great host with unmatched communication and sincerly wants to make sure the vacation was the best. Only negative is I can only give him a 5 star review for a 10 star experience. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect weekend at the lake! The location couldn’t have been more peaceful—quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The place was spotless with lots of great new updates. The boat ramp was VERY convenient on property! Would definitely stay again!!
