It was perfect for a couple. The coffee maker and fridge were a plus. The grounds were filled with fruit trees and flowers. The gate secured the premises for the car and room. So convenient to visit the archeological park in Siracusa. Host was helpful and accommodating.
A laundry room would be great. The drying rack came in handy.

The guesthouse only has a gate on the road as it is on the second floor and up but once inside and upstairs it opens out to a large welcoming space. Every room has a large shower room and a balcony. Lots of white and pale grey give it a very clean and bright feel.
Not the fault of the guesthouse but the mapping does not show all the local roads or - more importantly - the one way roads. This caused a problem finding and getting to the property. There is parking but it is down a steep slope behind the guesthouse.

Great location and excellent facilities. We were able to eat in the communal dining area in the evening , plenty of tea coffee milk juice provided.

Modern, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful and welcoming and the feature of a fresh water fountain in the kitchen was most welcome.
It would have been helpful to have some form of soap at the basin in the bathroom, we had to reach into the shower to use the soap dispenser there. And some fresh fruit at breakfast would be a nice addition to the croissant and cereal.
