Very disappointed with the service not acceptaoat all
The location was excellent right in the heart of the town but on arrival there was NO electricity and i had non for two days. The owner tried to say it was my fault took a lot of messages to get them to sort it out. They then promised compensation which was not forthcoming. Tired to claim that I had left the flat unclean, but not the case and this was not raised when I left
The owner is not honest there was NO electricity at the Appartmemt for two days on my arrival. No one came and I had to spent a lot of time at the start of my holiday chasing them. They promised compensation which has not been given but now claiming I left the flat a mess which I not true

The appartement was clean and tidy and was situated in the centre with an easy access to the beach , the chateau, the marché, the port de Dieppe and a swimming pool (spa).
It was very comfortable
On the site there are photos of the jacuzzi but it wasn’t available in the appartement and was a little disappointed but the staff gave us a little favour and will rembourse 80€

The stay was amazing, the appartement is located in the center so you have an easy access to the beach , the market , the chateau , the port de dieppe

Advertised a bath but we didnt get one, we have a baby so we couldnt bathe her, terrible view to other windows, and our apartment was on the 2nd floor very tight stairs and slippery really hard to carry babys stuff up and down

Had a wonderful stay here over the weekend, apartment was very clean and modern, well situated right in the heart of Dieppe. We will definitely be staying here again and cannot wait for our next visit.

The location cannot be beaten.
Outstanding location right on the quai with all the restaurants.
The stairs to the room are a little difficult, especially with luggage. The views from the internal windows, on to sort of a courtyard area, are not very nice.

Great place to stay
.Everything we needed for a 3 night trip. For two couples. Very spacious. Central location. Good speedy response re: communication with landlord. Exceptionally clean with extras such as washing up liquid. Dishwasher tablets etc
Uncomfortable pillows. Issue with toilet seat being loose. No loo roll. But issue resolved quickly. Feel there was dead space that could have been used more effectively in the one area. Would have liked mosquito net over windows to enable us to open windows without worry of pigeons coming In.

Lots of room and space, but where was the bath!?
The pictures when searching for a place showed a lovely bath. However, on arrival, there was a shower and my stepson was very much looking forward to having a bath in the lovely looking bath, which wasn't there.

Appartement 15 à fuir pour les sensibles aux odeurs
Le gîte est en plein centre ville.
L'appartement dispose d'une machine lavante et séchante ce qui est très pratique.
Les matériaux et l'aménagement sont de bonne qualité (peintures, sols, meubles)
Les hôtes sont charmants et réactifs.
L'appartement 15 (3 chambres 80m2) donne intégralement sur le toît d'un des restaurants les plus actifs de Dieppe. L'entrée est très difficile (impossible de se garer à proximité), le cagibi est lugubre, bétonné, on entre par l'endroit sur lequel le restaurant dépose ses poubelles. L'odeur de friture y est difficilement supportable. Une fois dans L'appartement impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres sans sentir la vieille friture. La cour est envahie de pigeons et de fientes sur les bords de fenêtres. Très sale et fétide.
L'appartement est très grand mais il s'agit principalement de couloirs. Le salon est minuscule, on y mange difficilement à 5, on se marche un peu dessus. Cet appartement est incompatible avec les enfants. De plus les lits doubles sont en 140 ce qui est trop petit pour bien dormir à 2. La vaisselle est spartiate, impossible de vraiment cuisiner (pas suffisamment de plats pour servir). La salle de bain a un problème d'humidité (voire l'appartement entier, notamment la chambre du fond ?)
Les draps et les serviette sentaient le moisi (linge séché en boule), le wc n'étaient pas très propres et le sol était plein de sable à notre arrivée. Nous avons essayé de passer l'aspirateur qui était bouché. Heureusement Claire puis le propriétaire ont été très réactifs et nous ont donné de nouvelles serviettes et un nouvel aspirateur.
L'appartement pouvait donc au choix sentir le moisi/renfermé ou la vielle friture. Étant très sensible aux odeurs, cela m'a gâché le séjour tant pour manger que pour dormir. Nous avons essayé d'y passer le moins de temps possible. C'est dommage car nous aurions aimé cuisiner et déguster les produits frais du marché.
Compte tenu de la qualité des matériaux utilisés et de la réactivité du propriétaire je pense que les autres appartements sont bien, surtout si on peut ouvrir les fenêtres.

Ce qu’on a aimé c’est l’appartement en lui même : décoration (moderne), c’était propre ( rien à dire sur le ménage) et surtout le bain à remous. De plus, l’appartement est très bien situé.
