Das Appartement liegt am quirligen Quai Henri IV..Es war schön mit zuerleben wie Dieppe erwacht. Im Yachthafen ist immer Bewegung.Die ersten Gäste der Bar-Tabac im Erdgeschoss trinken ihren Morgenkaffee. Die Maisonette-Wohnung liegt im 3.+4. OG. Man sollte gut zu Fuss sein, um die engen Stufen hinauf zu steigen. Ist man erstmal oben, fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben,kochen, etc. braucht. Gerne wieder.

Logement très agréable avec une belle vue sur le port de plaisance. Bien situé. Très confortable. Petit bémol : l'accès par les parties communes nécessite une rénovation (couloir en RDC et escalier).

Cet appartement situé sur le port de Dieppe est bien équipé, spacieux, confortable mais son accès laisse à désirer, arrière cour peu reluisante, trois étages étroits avec certaines marches peu sures, deux niveaux de plus pour les couchages, ce qui semble le déconseiller aux tout jeunes enfants ou aux personnes âgées , dommage que le descriptif ne soit pas très clair sur le sujet, y compris sur la situation du lit supérieur posé à même le sol...A signaler le bon point d'une place de parking louée à un pris très raisonnable et la mise à disposition de literie et serviettes de bonne qualité et là encore pour un prix raisonnable....
