It was ok for the price, but I would not stay again without assurances that it is safe from a fire perspective.

Central, easy to get to.

I could not see any fire exits or safety notices or any fire/smoke alarms. We were on the second floor with a wooden staircase. How would we have escaped in event of a fire? How would we have been alerted?

A disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and misleading information

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The bedsheets and towels had an unpleasant smell and seemed quite old. What really stood out was that there wasn’t even basic hand soap provided in the bathroom — something I think should be standard in any accommodation. The biggest issue for us, however, was access. The flat is on the 4th floor with a very steep and narrow staircase, not what most would consider standard stairs. My mother needs a walking stick, and this made things extremely difficult for her. This important detail was not mentioned in the listing and should definitely be highlighted to avoid issues for guests with mobility concerns.

Great for a quick night sleep before onward journey

Big kitchen/lounge area. Comfy beds. Lots of hot water.

All the bedrooms are connected so you have to walk past each other during the night. Not something we’re used to in UK

We walked in and we were very surprised at how spacious it all was and that even though it said 2 bedroom apartment there was an extra sleeping space. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing we couldn’t work out was the tv but we were out most of the time anyway so we didn’t need it much. Over all we had a lovely stay and very good value for money. If we visit dieppe again we would definitely book here again. Thank you

Good apartment for family

Location, lots of space, toy library on the stairs. All that you need for toddler - bed, toilet seat, toys.

Bright, spacious and clean in a great location.

Clean, incredibly spacious, modern fittings and a great location. All necessary kitchen appliances, great to have a kettle and coffee maker too! Plenty plates, cups etc. It was quiet and peaceful. Shower was brilliant and good heating for colder evenings. The host was friendly over email. Easy access to the apartment with a keycode. We had no problems. Great value for money and we were very happy with our stay.

The bathroom window covering is a little sparse, as some have mentioned, but it’s not overlooked really so we weren’t bothered. Kitchen utensil situation wasn’t brilliant, even for a SC flat, not even a bread knife, which is fun in France! It’s an older building and there are a lot of stairs! Not a problem for us but something to bear in mind for anyone with mobility problems. One bedroom leads off the other, again not a problem for us but perhaps something to bear in mind.

Potential to be a great appartment for a short break but little thigs let it down

Central location.

Towels were too small. No little welcome that you would expect, enough coffee for a drink, cold water in the fridge etc. no guides to local restaurants, language an issue, not hosts fault I can't speak French, but little effort when speaking to my family( fluent French speakers) on the phone earlier in the day to explain things would have been appreciated. The reason for the phone call was to translate if the host found it difficult to converse in English. No help to find car park No mention in advert that top floor apartment, not an issue for us but maybe for others

Endroit calme propre personnel très gentil à proximité de tout nous sommes rester 5 nuit et jamais bouger la voiture la plage a 5-6 minutes à pied le port même chose magasin ou restaurant à moins de 5 minutes appartement bien éclairer

Manque juste peut être un peu d ustensiles cuisine style une paire de ciseaux et couteau à viande par exemple

Coole Stadtwohnung in super Lage mit kleinen indirekten Defiziten.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Gute Ausstattung, saubere Zimmer, toller Altbaucharme mitten in der Altstadt.

Die vielen engen Treppen bis unter das Dach. Für uns war es ok, aber Menschen mit Einschränkungen haben hier Probleme. Beide Kinderzimmer sind Durchgangszimmer. Das eine sogar für das andere Kinderzimmer und das Schlafzimmer. Bei uns ging es mit kleinen Kindern, aber mit anderen Paaren oder größeren Kindern könnte es zum Problem werden. Leider ist das Parken echt Horror. Da kann der Vermieter nichts für, aber mit Glück hatten wir für eine Stunde einen Parkplatz für knapp 6 Euro um "nur " 500 Meter zu gehen. Der Tag hätte 35 Euro gekostet. Daher habe wir den Wagen dann knapp 1,5-2 km weiter weg auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz über Nacht abgestellt. Es gibt auch wenn man Glück hat, Parkhäuser in der "Nähe" für 25-30 Euro.

Séjour correct

Son emplacement au centre ville. L’espace dans l’appartement permettant d’y être à 4 ou 5 sans problème. Accessibilité. Amabilité du personnel qui a accepté de garder nos affaires le jour du départ.

Les équipements. Pas de volets, des rideaus occultants mais le jour passe. Une chambre avec une odeur d’humidité n’était pas utilisable. Le lit une place à des lattes de cassées et posées sur le lit. Pas de gel douche ou de produit vaisselle à l’arrivée.

De dagen voor aankomst tot 2 keer toe gevraagd of we eerder konden inchecken maar geen reactie op gehad. Uiteindelijk 2 uur vantevoren toch te horen gekregen dat we konden inchecken maar toen waren we nog ver uit de buurt om tijd te rekken tot inchecktijd.

Emplacement très bien

L’emplacement en plein centre mais calme, propreté, nombre de couchage.

Pas de volets donc lumière de la rue la nuit puis du jour le matin, une machine à café à capsule serait plus pratique qu’une cafetière à filtre.

Idéalement situé

L'appartement est spacieux, plutôt bien agencé et il est très bien situé, proche du port, des restaurants, des commerces et de la plage. La propriétaire est très sympa, répond facilement et rapidement au téléphone. Nous y avons séjourné 1 nuit avec un enfant de 7 ans et un bébé de 2 mois et nous avons été agréablement surpris de trouver sur place un lit parapluie équipé d'un réducteur, d'une gigoteuse, un transat et même une chaise haute, si nous avions su nous serions venu sans les nôtres 😅. Sachez que l'appartement se situe au 3 ème sans ascenseur avec des escaliers assez raides mais bon si nous avons été capable de monter un bébé dans un cosy jusqu'à l'appartement tout le monde peut y arriver.... Pour résumer le rapport qualité prix est très correct et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Vraiment pour être tatillon le gros bémol pour nous reste la machine à café (machine classique à filtre) une petite cafetière à dosettes serait un vrai plus ! Avis à la propriétaire il y a souvent des promos sur les machines dolce gusto pour 29€ 😉 Mettre un rouleau de sopalin également à disposition et changer l'éponge à vaisselle un peu plus régulièrement.
