Bright, warm, spacious flat in a quiet, central street

Spacious, central, bright and clean, with big windows but good heating - light and warmth. Nice welcome gift of a bottle of wine and a small local gift. Nice impression

The shower cubicle is pretty tight but not unusual for France. The furthest bedroom is only accessible by walking through the other bedroom so not great for privacy depending on who you're travelling with

Great stay in a lovely flat

The historic and central location, the character of the place; the apartment was spacious and very clean, good facilities in the kitchen, quiet at night.

Blinds did not give privacy, sofa a bit sticky !

Stay in Deippe

Very large spacious lounge with lots of kitchen pots and cups glass etc good fridge all you could ask for. Very near the centre lots of restaurants and bars parking near by which was reasonable. Everything was walking distance .

The fact that you had to go into the next bedroom to go to the bathroom, stairs to the apartment was very tight also .

Excellent place to stay when visiting Dieppe. Would use it again.

Nice apartment but the bedrooms were in line so the person furthest away had to walk through the other bedroom to get to the bathroom. HUGE combined living room and kitchen. The host had left a folder on the coffee table detailing all the important local information. Very useful.

We have stayed in this lovely apartment quite a few times, and would recommend it.

I cooked our own breakfast/food. The location is great right in the centre of the town of Dieppe. The host is very easily contactable for any questions, and always replies promptly and is very gracious. The apartment is very clean and bright. Very good value for money.

A light and airy apt. Near everything. Charming.

The location was good, the apt was comfortable and light. It provided all that you needed to be able to cook and eat in if desired. Lovely to hear the church bells .

Could have been a little cleaner, the floor and skirting were not very clean. Needed wardrobe or more hanging space. A English Tv channel or English subtitles for the Tv would have been good. Shower very small. But effective. Overall good value.

Good, would use again

Slight problem using the code. It was slightly different for second door. And it was torrential rain…. Eager to get in, Interior lovely, nice windows, and quiet, the bedrooms were adjacent , so accessing bathroom was rather difficult, to avoid waking up the person in adjacent room, but it was one night, I slept well, and ate a lovely meal nearby.

Needed Pictures of the actual codes for each door. Very stressful trying to access entrances,

Excellent

Excellent location. Parking not an issue as some others have commented. Go down Rue Irene Bourgois, opposite the flat and there is an underground car park 60 mtrs away. Parking de l'Hotel de Ville. €14.00 per 24 hours. Excellent Saturday market on your door step(See 2 photos). A must to visit the Canadian War Cemetery. 10 minutes by car. Beautifully kept, but very sobering to see all those 700+ men who died 19th Aug 1942, on the Dieppe raid (See 1 photo). A visit to the museum in the town before you visit, gives you all the background you need. Late night drinks good at the Novek Arena, 15 mins walk. Enjoy!!

Once we got over the original check in problems, this was a great apartment and worked well for us.

This is a nice apartment in the middle of Dieppe, with good facilities and a fair amount of space. The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms are a reasonable size, but worth mentioning that they are adjoining, so one can only be reached by going through the other. The apartment has plenty of windows, so lots of light. Access is by key code, so no carrying around of keys, and easy checkout.

It was difficult to fine given that there were two addresses for it on Booking.com, as it is on the corner of two streets. Important to just use the Rue D'Ecosse one, as that is where the entrance is. We had not been contacted with any specific instructions, other than our agreed hour time slot, so this may have been the issue. Once you do find it it is clearly signed outside. The housekeeper was there to let us in, and also didn't have all the correct information from the host, and wasn't sure whether my payment had been taken, but this was quickly sorted with a phone call. She had also thought that we had been provided with the access code in advance - which I think we should have been, but hadn't! As both she and the host spoke only french, it obviously makes any unresolved issues a little more complicated! If booking therefore it is probably wise to double check info with the host in advance, and chase info you don't have. We were also a little concerned about whether the access codes were changed for every visitor. Having checked out, and new people checked in, we tried the access code to the front of the building later in the day, and it remained the same. This was the same code as our apartment code. The adjoining bedrooms mean that you have to go through the other bedroom to access the toilet, which can be a bit of a pain in the middle of the night in terms of disturbing the other sleepers!! Be mindful that this is in the middle of Dieppe, so can be noisy throughout the night!

Bien attention à la.vaiselle svp

L'emplacement exceptionnel au coeur de la ville, le salon confortable et lumineux, la literie ferme (oreillers ai top!),le calme côté chambre,l'accès sans clés avec digicode

La vaiselle pas très propre (ex: de l'huile dans un plat!) donc on l'a refaite avant usage,douche exiguë avec écoulement un peu lent (pareil pour le lavabo). Il serait bien de préciser que les chambres sont en enfilade.

Net appartement. Toegangscode voor beide deuren werd ruim op tijd doorgegeven. Het appartemant was vroeger vrij dan voorzien (reeds rond de middag), de host liet ons via SMS ook weten dat we het appartement vroeger konden gebruiken.

De locatie is niet echt top! eerder buitenrand van Dieppe, zeer onverzorgde en vuile straten. Inkomhal en trappenhal niet bepaald netjes.

Location qui porte bien son nom

Tout est impeccable dans cette location : emplacement, calme, propre, spacieux, bien équipé. İl ne manque rien. Le parking est à 2 pas. Les instructions sont claires. La propriétaire est très sympathique et sérieuse. Je compte y revenir. Effectivement, on entend un peu de bruit des voisins de dessus mais ça a été. Ce n'est pas trop dérangeant. J' ai mis un 10/10 bien mérité !

Un emplacement idéal mais un environnement trop bruyant dû au voisinage.

Son emplacement à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare SNCF permet d'explorer à pied le centre ville et le port très facilement. Parking gratuit à la gare et devant la médiathèque.

La faible isolation laisse entendre les pas des voisins du dessus (il vaut mieux éviter le premier étage). Les 2 chambres en enfilade ne laissent pas d'intimité à des adultes. Il serait honnête de préciser cette disposition dans le descriptif. Il serait également judicieux de pouvoir disposer d'oreillers dignes de ce nom. L'éclairage de la pièce principale, agréable au demeurant, était en partie défaillant.
