The location , the view ,the peace, the comfort, the cleanliness, the pool, the garden , all perfect for our needs and our wants which we rate highly on holiday which are privacy ,quietness and comfort . And the owner was very easy to contact and replied quickly when we had questions about local attractions etc. A very kind, helpful and attentive host.

If i have to say anything which is hard because it really is a wonderful house and location. The bathrooms and showers are a bit dated and small , lots of hot water which is great but the actual shower space is small which means the curtain touches you as you wash and water splashes over the floor. None of this ruined our holiday as the house is so lovely . Also evidence of someone actually living there was a bit uncomfortable , one of the fridges in the basement where the washing machine is was full of someone else's food which did not effect our cooking as the main fridge in the kitchen was empty and clean . In one of the double downstairs bedroom one of the cupboards was full of someones cloths and shoes and the other cupboards were locked so no where to put cloths in that room. It was a bit strange sleeping in a room that you knew was someone else's even though we obviously know this when renting a holiday house somehow having their day to day belongings evident effects the holiday feeling more like staying at friends but then one doesn't normally pay when staying at friends. This would not put us off going back..

The location was wonderful with lovely views. Not too far from restaurants and the beaches. Nice pool and comfortable villa with large well maintained garden.
