It was a little difficult to figure out the location in the building but once we did, it was great. Quiet, clean and friendly. Nice balcony with a view of Vesuvius. Metro stations nearby and the airport bus across the street.
Need to describe the exact location to inside the building complex.

No drinking water in the room, you have to either buy it or ask the staff to give you a cup of water from the staff room

Excellent location in a secure building very close to the cruise ship terminal.
I chose this hotel because of the good location and the good reviews. When I checked in, the room was not cleaned properly, there was a small ball of hair on the sheets. The first night turned into a nightmare. We woke up to the light of the emergency light and realized that there was no electricity in the room.
It got cold, and our phones wouldn't charge, but the light from the emergency light was making it hard for us to get back to sleep. We called the numbers they gave us to contact, we wrote messages about the problem.
Initially, he offered to fix the problem in the morning, then explained to us where to go in the hallway and lift the fuse. He left that night and we didn't get any sleep.
