O quarto e o banheiro em geral são muito bons! O atendimento da anfitriã foi rápido e sem burocracia, deram cafezinho expresso todos os dias e o ar-condicionado gela muito, mesmo com calor de Nápoles

Somente do barulho logo cedo da manhã no quartos superiores, não parece ser culpa da hospedagem

The location is very good. Some people complain about the noise, but I didn't hear anything at all - maybe I was just too tired. The apartment building was very new compared to the center of Naples, which has a lot of old buildings. You feel safe there. Their check-in time is at 12:00, which is hard to find in Naples, as most are at 15:00, so for us it was very helpful when it's 35 degrees outside. Finally, the owners are very very kind, they helped us book a taxi at 5am when we couldn't communicate with any taxi driver, which was very helpful.

The WiFi does not work at all, so we had to use mobile data. Additionally, the door to our room was slightly open, which means it was locked with the bolt and the regular door lock, but there was still a gap allowing light from outside to be visible. It needs to be fixed.

Camera discreta e pulita, spazio per due persone direi buono, bagno dotato di tutto.

Le camere sono al quinto piano di un palazzo di nove piani, l'ascensore per salire se preso prima delle 18:30 è a pagamento( 10 centesimi). NON ANDATE A FARE COLAZIONE AL BAR ALL' ANGOLO, per due cappuccini e due brioches ho pagato 12 euro.
