Excellent location near boulangerie, supermarket, beaches. We parked opposite and only moved the car once during our week visit. Wonderful beaches all around in walking distance and bars and restaurants in the port. Quiet apartment overlooking little park. Everything has been thought of.

A great place to stay!

A great place to stay!

Melanie is a friendly and attentive host, and the apartment is ideally situated for exploring the coast - hiking the GR34 along Cap Frehel and Cap Erquy and enjoying the beaches along the way. There's a wonderful bakery a couple of doors down and a food market on the same street, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking or assembling snacks and meals. The bed is comfy and the apartment is well appointed. A great place to stay!

Die zentral gelegene Wohnung ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, lässt sich dort ein herrlicher Urlaub verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Trotz der zentralen Lage, stehen ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung, wir konnten oft direkt vor der Haustür parken. Einen nächsten Aufenthalt in Erquy gerne wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung.

Eine sehr nette, gut eingerichtete und gepflegte Ferienwohnung in der zweiten Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Lage ist zentral im Ort, aber trotzdem (zumindest in der Vorsaison Mitte Juni) sehr ruhig. Die Betreuung vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt durch Melanie war sehr gut, auch wenn wir sie nicht persönlich getroffen haben. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter!

Chaleureux et idéalement situé

L’appartement est chaleureux et décoré avec goût, en plus d’être lumineux avec vue dégagée (vue sur un square d’un côté et de l’autre sur les toits). Très bien placé: boulangerie et commerces dans la rue, accès au bord de mer à pied en quelques minutes. Parfait pour notre week-end prolongé avec nos deux enfants. Merci à Mélanie pour son accueil et ses attentions! Nous reviendrons !

Im Inserat war die Lage der Wohnung schlecht beschrieben! Altes Hochhaus, stinkendes Treppenhaus! Direkt an der Straße! Der Minibalkon direkt über der Straße mit Blick in einen Baustellenpark! Das Meer war nur auf der Tapete zu sehen! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, der üble Geruch jedoch sehr störend! Schade ☹️

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans le logement de Mélanie qui est très arrangeante (pas vu puisqu'arrivés tard le soir du réveillon) mais on a communiqué facilement. On a tout apprécié : la déco, l emplacement, le calme. C est sûr on reviendra.

Das Appartement war in einem TOP Zustand ist ist sehr geschmackvoll und toll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich ab der ersten Minute wie zu Hause. Die Vermieter sind supernett und haben uns, sehr nett per Whatsapp empfangen. Leider haben wir keine Möglichkeit gefunden Melanie und Jerome persönlich kennenzulernen. Das holen wir beim nächsten mal nach. Ein weiterer Urlaub in Erquy und in dieser Wohnung ist schon in Planung. Vielen lieben Dank an Melanie für die nette Kommunikation. Accueil de Mélanie très agréable. Séjour très sympa dans une ambiance cocooning. Au milieu de toutes les commodités et de la proximité de la mer ( rando ou plages nombreuses) Rien ne manque dans cet appartement bien refait, tout est neuf et de bon goût. Nous y retournerons c'est sûr. Il nous laisse un merveilleux souvenir.

Nous avions misé sur la qualité de l'appartement pour pallier aux conditions climatiques éventuellement pluvieuses (sans être dissuadés par celles-ci, sinon on ne vient pas en Bretagne !), bref nous voulions vraiment retrouver chaque jour un endroit accueillant. Le scénario s'est vérifié, beaucoup de goût dans la déco, du confort. Une literie top. Une distribution de l'appart bien pensée. Tout est disponible ! Un appart très bien situé, tout est à proximité. Un point de départ pour nombre de randos sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attentions de la part de Mélanie, vous verrez....

Cet appartement est très agréable, on s'y sent comme chez nous car les propriétaires l'ont très bien équipé, avec beaucoup d'attention pour que les locataires s'y sentent bien. Il est également idéalement situé entre les commerces et la plage. La localisation en bord de rue n'est pas gênante, appartement calme et vue sur les arbres du terrain en face.

Wir verbrachten zu dritt zwei Wochen in dieser sehr liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichteten Wohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Angefangen vom Mobiliar, übers Bad, Küche und Schmafzimmer bis hin zu kleinen Details war alles super! Die Qualität der Einrichtung hat uns überzeugt. Am nächsten Morgen ausgeschlafen zu sein spricht wohl am besten für das Wohlgefühl. Wir fühlten uns rundum versorgt und durch die Gastgeberin sehr willkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!
