About this apartment rental
Cocoonr Agency offers you, in Erquy, this charming flat facing the sea, 50m from the beach, with wifi (optical fiber), with an area of 120 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a pretty living room of 50 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 50 m² with TV
- An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- 3 bedrooms with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub)
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from proximity to all essential shops but also to shops, restaurants, bars, market...
From the flat, you can smell the good smells of crepes and pancakes from the creperie right at the foot of the property.
