This charming 1950's home has been recently remodeled and updated! It's a short 7 min drive to City Center, Salt Palace Convention Center and Downtown Salt Lake. A quick 7 minute drive from the airport! Grocery store is a 3 min drive, restaurants nearby and both Park City + Cottonwood Canyons Ski Resorts are 30 minutes away. Everything was great!! We had a great time, and the neighborhood had nice people, and it was a quiet neighborhood at night as well. We couldn't find the remote for the tv only the remote for the sound bar and xfinity, so we couldn't adjust the volume on the tv. haha.... oh, well. we didn't come to utah to watch tv anyway.

To many nick nacks for littles, and the scented plug in Things are everyway. They really bother my asthma and allergies. We unpluged them. Heat went out but Tiffany was on top of it. Luckily we were gone a.lot of
the time. It was suitable pther than that

This home was impeccably clean and perfectly appointed. Location was ideal for our needs, only minutes to the airport and downtown. If looking for groceries, Smiths was the best option.
