About this house rental
Nestled between the charming Fairpark and Marmalade districts, this home is a great jumping off point for your Salt Lake City vacation! Enjoy the outdoors, restaurants, museums and more from this newly remodeled historic duplex. With easy access to I-15 you’ll be just a short drive from the airport and 40 minutes from 8 of the world’s best ski resorts. There is something for everyone!
The space..
On the main floor you will find a completely open kitchen and living room space. With 1 bedroom being located on the first floor and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs, you will find each of them to be set up for comfort and ease during your stay.

- Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, spices, a keurig with a coffee station, blender, toaster, and toaster oven.
- Stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range.
Living Room
- Comfy couch that easily seats 6
- 65" television with Sonos speaker with a Roku that has tons of channels including HBO, Netflix, Hulu.
- You can also access other popular apps with your logins as well.

The location was great, the house was so cute and in great shape when we arrived. We cooked one meal a day during our stay, the kitchen was well equipped. Checking in was a breeze. We did not use the hot tub, we were so busy during our stay in SLC. If we are ever in SLC again, we would certainly stay here.
