About this house rental
Nestled between the charming Fairpark and Marmalade districts, this home is a great jumping off point for your Salt Lake City vacation! Enjoy the outdoors, restaurants, museums and more from this newly remodeled historic duplex. With easy access to I-15 you’ll be just a short drive from the airport and 40 minutes from 8 of the world’s best ski resorts. There is something for everyone!
The space..
On the main floor you will find a completely open kitchen and living room space. With 1 bedroom being located on the first floor and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs, you will find each of them to be set up for comfort and ease during your stay.

- Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, spices, a keurig with a coffee station, blender, toaster, and toaster oven.
- Stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range.
Living Room
- Comfy couch that easily seats 6
- 65" television with Sonos speaker with a Roku that has tons of channels including HBO, Netflix, Hulu.
- You can also access other popular apps with your logins as well.
Bathroom
- Stocked with essentials
- Bathtub
- Hair dryers in each bathroom
All Bedrooms Equipped With:
- Additional linens including blankets
- Plenty of storage for your belongings

The home was very well appointed and close to the 15 which was convenient for traveling to ski areas for our four day skiing trip. The host, Patrick, was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. We would definitely recommend this house and would not hesitate staying again.

Excellent communication with our host, house was great for our family weekend. Beds were comfy- so quiet and slept great. So much room & the outdoor space with the hot tub and fire pit is so cute.Kitchen had everything we needed for meals cooked in. We will rent this house again.
