About this house rental
Nestled between the charming Fairpark and Marmalade districts, this home is a great jumping off point for your Salt Lake City vacation! Enjoy the outdoors, restaurants, museums and more from this newly remodeled historic duplex. With easy access to I-15 you’ll be just a short drive from the airport and 40 minutes from 8 of the world’s best ski resorts. There is something for everyone!
The space..
On the main floor you will find a completely open kitchen and living room space. With 1 bedroom being located on the first floor and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs, you will find each of them to be set up for comfort and ease during your stay.

- Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, spices, a keurig with a coffee station, blender, toaster, and toaster oven.
- Stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range.

- Comfy couch that easily seats 6
- 65" television with Sonos speaker with a Roku that has tons of channels including HBO, Netflix, Hulu.
- You can also access other popular apps with your logins as well.

Great house very beautiful

My husband and son stayed at the home and visited the area because of a wrestling tournament being held north of Salt Lake City. They enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and the big sofa in the living room. The home was in a very convenient location for the airport, the tournament, and sight seeing in the mountains. It was a wonderful stay. The owner of the home was very helpful and a gracious host.

Outstanding property, had an issue with bees under the hot tub, they delivered spray to take care of it the same day!
