great location, excellent layout for our group - we especially liked the large common areas for our group - beautiful views - and great accommodations (pool, covered patio, fire pit, plenty of chairs)
our group makes this trip every year so in comparison to other places we have stayed upon arrival this wasn’t the cleanest place we stayed - the main areas were perfectly clean but corners, closets etc were a bit dirty (Vacasa did send a welcome text asking if the house was clean and offered to send someone out to reclean it but it was not a big deal so we declined - I only mentioned this as an area to improve)
one toilet wasn’t filling the tank - they did fix it but it took 3 days (the whole time they were very responsive but 3 days was about 1/2 our trip)
and the hot tub / jets were not working (according to the pool guy) this was not a big deal at all for us but again an area to improve
