Dray Cottage is a semi-detached property resting in the market town of Skipton, North Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms, including a super-king-size and a single with trundle bed, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility and sitting room with electric stove. To the outside is a patio with furniture and a weekly parking permit is provided for one car in a nearby public car park. Dray Cottage is a lovely escape to Yorkshire, any time of year. Please note this property only accepts bookings with check ins on a Monday or Friday.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Weekly parking permit for one car in public car park 60 yards away. Patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Although dogs are welcome in the cottage it is requested that they do not go upstairs or on the furniture out of respect for future guests. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 mile. Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am. Please note this property only accepts bookings with check ins on a Monday or Friday.
