Premium Penthouse in the center of Copenhagen

It’s a great location in a cool neighbourhood, with easy transport links into the centre of Copenhagen (3 mins by train), and this is a well-equipped, modern apartment with good facilities and a lovely roof terrace. Clean, comfortable and trendy, and the host communicated well in advance.

I wouldn’t expect to have to pay a £600 security deposit, nor the £75 (non-refundable) cleaning fee on top of the rental fee. This isn’t made clear from the outset, and the list of prohibited things is pretty extensive. We’re a family of four, and it felt a bit much. Also not 100% sure about the security camera on the roof…my teenage girls weren’t altogether comfortable about that - again, not mentioned as to why that was there - but I guess there’s a good reason.

Die Dachterrasse ist fantastisch, die Einrichtung der Wohnung schick, modern, alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter August war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns persönlich begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – u.a. zum ehemaligen Meatpacking-District mit tollen Restaurants und zum Zentrum (zu Fuß, per Metro oder per Bahn easy zu erreichen). Jederzeit wieder.
