About this house rental
Cozy semi-detached house located in a quiet private urbanization that has two communal pools open all year round. The urbanization is built in the style of a typical Andalusian village, with a profusion of exotic flowers, shrubs and palm trees. The nearest beach (Burriana) is less than a 10-minute walk away, while the old town, and Balcón de Europa, are about a 15-minute walk away.
On the first floor we find a spacious living/dining room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a renovated kitchen with access to a small outdoor patio, fully equipped (hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator). , and a small bathroom equipped with a shower tray in the most Andalusian style. On the second floor there is a bright bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. We also find the main bathroom, very spacious and bright, equipped with a bathtub.
On request an extra bed could be added for a 3rd guest. It has air conditioning, free WIFI and TV with international channels.
