Summary:
A modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with aircon in both bedrooms. Excellent location only a few minutes walk from Burriana Beach and Nerja Town Centre. Two communal swimming pools. Verano Azul is ideally situated midway between the town centre and Burriana beach. Less than a 10 minute walk east of the apartment is the long, sandy Playa Burriana.
The Space:
Lounge with flat screen (some English speaking channels) and DVD player, one sofa and two armchairs, Dining table with seating for 5, Patio doors to terrace
Fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer
Small patio area with washing machine
Master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, air-conditioning. Doors to private terrace
2nd bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and air-conditioning
Shower room with shower, W.C and wash hand basin
Bathroom with bath with overhead shower, W.C and wash hand basin
Large south east facing terrace off of the lounge with table and 4 chairs. Two recliners

The owner has no control over the opening dates or times of communal pools. We will wherever possible provide accurate information as to the opening of pools, however this can be changed without notice.

The owner does not live on the premises so the property is entirely for the guests use.
The Neighborhood:
Arguably Nerja's most popular beach, it offers a good selection of water sports and activities and has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. 10 minutes walk to the west of the apartment takes you to the heart of Nerja's old town. There is a wide selection of shops and supermarkets in Nerja and many excellent bars and restaurants ranging from simple street cafes and beach Chiringuitos to fine dining restaurants offering an array of international cuisine.
Getting Around:
The Mediterranean paradise of Nerja is only a 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport.
CAR HIRE: It is relatively straightforward to hire a car from Malaga Airport or Nerja itself.
BUS SERVICE: There is a well-established bus service which operates a route around Nerja as well as services to the Nerja Caves, Frigiliana, Punta Lara, Torrox, Almunecar, Malaga and Seville.
TAXI: There are several taxi ranks in the town centre and all the taxis operate off of a meter for short journeys
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: There is a bus from Malaga Airport to Nerja via the central bus station in Malaga. A private taxi transfer from the airport can be booked with us for 80 euros one way for up to 4 people or 115€ for a minibus.
