Maria excellent host, responsive and very helpful. Location great. Spacious bathroom. Nice balcony doors for air but not wide enough for chair or table.
Hot water inconsistent. Lift is small & hot, hotel provides coins to use it to reach floor 5 where apartments are situated.

Location was great and right in the middle of Naples - it was a nice vibe, and really easily accessible. Probably will stay there again when visiting Naples again in the future! Very firefly host Maria was able to accommodate us with an earlier check-in, and was super friendly and helpful. A complimentary water and a bottle of bubbles were a nice welcoming touch for when we stayed there :)

Absolutely everything the room was so gorgeous. The bed is unbelievably comfortable. I could’ve stayed in this bed for 24 hours. The staff are fantastic wonderful 100 out of 10.
