Ciao Bellini

Everything! The room is amazing in every sense. The super tall ceilings, the lighting, the brick wall, the small patio. Spectacular, charming and full of personality in every way. Every detail well thought of. The tiny elevator takes a dime every time you use for some odd reason so Mario places a stack of dimes in the room. Refreshments in room on entry. Cleaning was absolutely spotless. Mario responded to every message almost immediately. booked us a really nice taxi driver for the ride to the airport. And the location was perfect.

Nothing. If I really want to nitpick, they include a sort of basic breakfast with the room. I don't think it was mentioned or paid beforehand but they do it as a perk. However the breakfast place was meh. I would change.

Location Friendly staff Comfortable room

Cleaning could be improved

Great location with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, the metro line Dante is only about a 5-10 minute walk away. The room was light and bright and clean. It had all we needed for a pleasant stay. Mario was on hand to answer our questions via WhatsApp. He was very helpful, he booked us a taxi to the airport, which really helps to reduce the stress of travelling home.

A great oasis in a hectic city. Positioned well and close to everything you need. Mario was also super hospitable.

The sheet quality on the beds could be reviewed. Quite loud and rough. Also the smells from the bathroom were questionable but also not uncommon in old buildings.
