Loved our stay and the farm yard had everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again.

The location was excellent for us to get to Pickering, Whitby, Thornton Le Dale etc Was a really good size, stocked with everything you needed for home away from home. The kids loved the football goals and the trampoline.

Everything was great, the only thing would be that the upstairs bed was noisy and springs very creaky as you turned over so not the comfiest of beds but the beds downstairs were fab for the kids.

Such a beautiful cottage, we loved our stay there 5-9th of August. Very clean, the location is just perfect. We enjoyed the farm where we’re allowed to see the cows and play in the playground. Very clean and smell so nice when we first came in. Garry and Janine are both very friendly

This was definately a place I would re visit. The owners were lovely.

Everything was great, lovely owners, lovely area very peaceful. The property was very clean and modern. The owner even went to great lengths to supply some essentials such as milk in the fridge, coffee sachets etc and even a swiss roll. Not far from villages or main town to get essentials etc. Definitely will be going back highly recommended. Only one bad thing was coming home.

Half term exploring North Yorkshire

Lovely set up, welcome cake and tea/coffee/hot chocolate, little play area, WiFi, everything is really nice

Downstairs bedroom has a fire door that opens to outside. Thankfully my girls weren't interested but I was a little worried as obviously it was locked with a turning lock they could have done themselves. This is not to put anybody off (the property is amazing) I understand it is necessary for fire safety.

We had a superb time, visited lots of nice places

The property was clean and well equipped. The location is perfect for the North York Moors, the steam railway at Pickering, Whitby and Robin hoods bay were not far away. York is well within an hours driving distance, use the Park and Ride.

Apart from the mattress and sofa our stay was amazing.

Beautiful cottage and surroundings. Decorated lovely. Home from home. Had everything we needed and more. Easy to find. Was a lovely stay. Great size for four. Heating and hot water plentiful. Wi-Fi was great and useful information about the cottage and places to visit.

Found the sofa and double bed uncomfortable. Both lumpy and springy.

Being in control of the heating 24/7 more accommodation providers should do this, it is most important, no one likes to be cold! Beautifully presented cottage, absolutely everything one could need.

we enjoyed our stay and if we were allowed back with our dogs again we would love to book again.

it was a great location for us and it was comfortable and cosy and our host was extremely friendly and helpful in trying to sort our internet issues and we felt very welcome.

the only downside was the wifi/internet connection where we couldn’t get any of our 3 phones or laptop connected. we also had a lot of noise from the neighbours next doors pool table which kept us awake until 1am. no fault of owner or host though.

Peacefull, comfortable and well located.

The property is located in a very quiet village and pretty central for visits to coast and country. It has been completed to a very high standard with quality fittings and everything you will need for a short or even long stay. Hosts (who live on the next door farm) are very friendly and helpfull. Dog friendly.

The village has no shops (one good pub though) so you need to plan a little what you want to take. Nearby Thornton le Dale does have local shops. Having said that the village is lovely.

Quiet, comfortable, well-equipped and dog friendly cottage with very welcoming hosts.

Clean, well-equipped and dog friendly (with a field alongside suitable for dog exercising). Hosts very friendly and happy to let us look round the farm. Location very quiet and easy car parking just outside. Nice flowers in the front garden made it extra welcoming.

The living room was rather dark. There was nowhere to walk to in the evening - there is a pub 10 minutes up the road and we ate there on our first night but were not impressed and didn't repeat the experience (there's another pub in the opposite direction a 5 minute car journey away that was much more welcoming, dog friendly and had better food).

Extremely comfortable cottage.

It was really clean and cosy. A lot of attention to detail. perfect for visiting a client in Malton. This is such a lovely cottage and I was so comfortable staying here. If I have to come up again I will re-book if it’s available. I might even sneak up for a non-work visit. Thank you so much for creating such a lovely cottage.

Very minor things. If the tv was changed for a smart tv and put on the wall it would free up space and add to the comfort of the stay. The bedroom gets quite warm, but is sorted by cracking open the windows. These are really minor points though.
