As pessoas são claramente o diferencial desse hotel. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos , prestativos que fazem TUDO para ajudar e fazer a estadia algo diferenciado. Especial agradecimento ao Nathan que ajudou a minha mãe e foi muito além do que era esperado de uma pousada. Sem palavras para a generosidade dele! Café da manhã muito bom, ambiente calmo e relaxado e roupas de cama ótimas.
Santo Amaro não é uma cidade propriamente bonita então não pode ser esperar hotéis cinco estrelas. Isso é importante saber antes de ir. Não tenho nada para reclamar da pousada apenas deixar essa nota para as pessoas que vão com expectativas erradas.

O local é lindo, super acolhedor e bem decorado. Quarto grande e confortável. Eles liberam água mineral à vontade para os hospedes e sempre abastecem uma garrafa de água que fica na geladeira. Restaurante ótimo. Atendimento excelente.
Acho que não é um problema da pousada, mas sim de toda a cidade, pois várias pessoas que conhecemos durante a viagem relataram a mesma coisa.. A água do chuveiro e pia do banheiro saem meio amareladas e com um cheiro forte.

Gostei de tudooo!! Atendimento cordial e muito atencioso dos funcionários, ambiente aconchegante ,quarto e banheiro amplo, tudo limpinho ,café da manhã e restaurante muito gostoso sempre com tudo fresquinho , localização perfeita .
