Café da manhã otimo , servido na mesa , porém bastante variado . A localização , acomodação e Restaurantes muito bons. Toda equipe simpaticos e atenciosos, o Mateus foi muito Especial no atendimento . O Hotel é magico , cada detalhe, e o Espaço a beira do Rio Alegre é um espetaculo a parte. O Hotel tem um jardim tão maravilhoso e é tão bem distribuido e tranquilo .
Em particular eu adoraria ter secador de cabelo, mas não que isto desabone o Hotel que é bem voltado ao natural . Ou seja, não teve o que não gostei

Equipe super prestativa, cafe da manhã espetacular, barzinho à beira do rio, restaurante e o fato de estar no meio da natureza. Tive um problema fora da Ciamat e pedi ajuda, eles foram cruciais para a resolução.

The location by the river. The green around the chalets. The rooms are comfortable.
The service was a disaster. Restaurant service super slow, even the breakfast took 20 minutes to arrive. It was just a basket of bread, cakes and fruit, I don’t understand how it took so long to arrive. The lunch and dinner also took forever to arrive, we even had to cancel a tour on the first day because our lunch didn’t arrive in time.
