Its ok for money, location is the main downside.
Apartment is nice, nothing wrong with it. Bus is really close to the apartment. (Takes 10 min with bus to arrive at city, also around 10 min to get to Porta Susa, main train station)
Neighbourhood is a bit fishy, instructions for how to get to apartment were a bit hard to understand), there is no supermarkets close by the apartment. Lidl is like 10-15 min walk away.

A great deal with a super friendly and helpful host.
Very clean and comfortable. Close to the center. Good public transport connection.
What stood out to me the most was how easy it was to check in and out. We received a perfectly detailed guide on how to do it. Despite that, we made a mistake during check-out — entirely our fault. The host was very helpful and understanding in that situation, and we’re really grateful for that!
The immediate area isn't the best. But it's just a small part and a nice and scenic short walk away from the center. So, overall no real issues.

Buen apartamento pero regular zona
El apartamento era amplio y cómodo. Se dormía bien, era silencioso. Para el precio que tiene, está bien. Facilidades al hacer el check in y check out.
La ducha muy pequeña y algo sucia. Para el sofá cama solamente había una sábado y una manta fina, si se tiene que utilizar como ha sido nuestro caso, pasas frío. La calefacción solamente se pone 5 horas al día. La ubicación no es la mejor, cogimos taxi en la noche porque nos daba respeto la zona y algo alejado del centro. No obstante, por el precio, no está mal.

La casa non era male, peccato per il servizio Clienti e Assistenza da cancellare.
Bagno senza luce, segnalato e ancora adpetto l'intervento. Check-out da fare tramite un link che sarebbe dovuto arrivare alle 10, non e' mai arrivato, nessuna risposta ne' a chiamate ne' a messaggi.
Abbiamo dimenticato dei prodotti in frigo e chiesto se ci li potevano spedire, dopo chiamate e messaggi ci e' stato risposto che non era stato trovato nulla, nostro errore ma l'ospitalitä e' qualcos altro.

Dopo aver parcheggiato molto bene dentro le strisce e accostato al muretto mi sono trovato un biglietto sul cristallo che dice di accostare ancora di più la macchina al muro con parole non molto gentili

Хорошая квартира, чисто, убрано, хорошее белье.
Не работала электроплита, забита канализация в раковине. Персонал по нашей просьбе сразу принял меры, в течении дня проблему с раковиной решили.

Vacanza di Natale in famiglia
L appartamento di per sé non è male... è pulito, moderno e la cucina dotata di strumenti utili. Poco distante a piedi c'è un supermercato. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno.
Ci siamo trovati bene nel complesso
Il grande difetto è il riscaldamento che funziona solo 10 minuti intorno le 17. Non vi è possibilità di regolarlo. Quindi se scegliete questo appartamento vi consiglio vivamente di portarvi delle stufette da mettere in giro per la casa perché è freddo.

Abbiamo ritirato le chiavi vicino all'appartamento; nell'armadio in casa erano presenti una stufetta elettrica, un ventilatore e coperte varie; in bagno phon col diffusore; caldaia funzionante benissimo; ottimo wifi in casa; TV moderna a cui è stato possibile collegare la mia firetv-stick; pratiche prese elettriche vicino ai letti; fornelli a induzione con pentole, padelle e strumenti per cucinare vari (forno, fornelli e microonde si accendono premendo degli interruttori che si trovano in cucina sul muro a destra, vicino al microonde); bagno con doccia, pulito, comodo e funzionante; i letti sono comodi, in salotto è presente un ampio divano letto ed è stato possibile vedere da stesi la TV, in 4; l'appartamento si trova al primo piano ed è raggiungibile anche con l'ascensore; nel retro del palazzo ci sono i cassonetti per la spazzatura, manca la plastica che invece viene ritirata in giorni della settimana specifici; posizione: la zona non è tra le migliori, soprattutto se vuoi uscire di notte; i mezzi di trasporto a Torino però funzionano benissimo, porta nuova è facilmente raggiungibile salendo sul pullman numero 11, mentre xviii dicembre salendo sul 10N, la fermata è vicino casa (Fate attenzione sul pullman ai vostri portafogli e telefoni); sempre vicino casa, oltre ai numerosi bangladini per fare spese notturne e pizzerie e kebaberie varie, c'è un grande viale coperto (di cui non mi ricordo il nome, ma il simbolo era una specie di S) in cui c'era la Lidl, il supermercato il Gigante, un arcade, Taco Billy, lo Zero-gravity (esperienza da fare); poi sempre vicino casa un burger-king. Per raggiungere l'appartamento dall'aeroporto o prendete un taxi oppure ci sono vari pullman urbani o sennò il pullman flibco che però non costa poco e vi può fermare al massimo a porta-nuova o altre zone lontane, poi da lì bisogna sempre prendere un altro pullman.
Avrei gradito trovare in cucina dei barattolini di sale, zucchero e caffè, mentre in bagno sarebbero stati graditi un sapone liquido per le mani e un altro intimo, ringrazio invece per le saponette
